Feedback Problem for Aspen Chase

I reported mold in my apartment between the kitchen cabinet and dishwasher on Friday, August 9th at 10:15 AM. I was told that someone would be out right away. No one showed up, I had taken the day off of work to go to a funeral that I missed. No one bothered to call and tell me that all of the maintenance crew had left for the day, so when I called at about 5:15 PM to see if anyone was coming, I was told "someone will be out Monday". I wanted to be here to talk to someone about the issue because I had some general questions and concerns about the mold because I do have a cat that found the mold to begin with. I got home from work on Monday and found that someone did indeed come out, and did absolutely NOTHING with the mold. This is a very SERIOUS issue that can affect not only my health, but my cats health as well. I moved in about 2 months ago and I feel like I am making service requests at LEAST once a week. I don't care how the mold is taken care of, I want it REMOVED. So if that means the kitchen cabinets and the flooring needs to be replaced, then it needs to get done. This is a serious matter and I will not stop reporting the same issue until the mold gets taken care of. Also, a couple weeks ago I reported my ceiling being cracked and bowing in both my living room, and my kitchen, and all that was done was they cover the crack with plaster and some paint. I just don't want to come home one day and the ceiling being collapsed. Thank you.
