Feedback Problem for The Tower

Management, can we PLEASE get a heads up for when we're going to get hit with another change ON TOP of rent and heat/gas?

We charge the bills to your account when we receive them; unfortunately we aren't given any notice of when we should expect to receive our bills. We do our best by posting a notice on the portal once we have received billing. We're very sorry for any inconvenience!
