As you know I strive to keep you informed with any happenings in our community. Unfortunately, we must report that we did have a fatal shooting in a parking lot in the Northeast side of our community late Saturday evening.
We were on site and in communication with Pittsfield Police department right after the incident occurred. We are learning now that the suspect and victim were not related to our community or any residents.

Our spring fertilization for the lawns will occur on Wednesday, April 25th during normal business hours. For this project, our lawn care contractor will be working throughout the community to treat all grassy areas. Here are some items to keep in mind during this project:
* Due to the nature of the fertilization, all pets will need to remain off of the lawn/grassy areas throughout the community for the duration of the day.

I hope you are well! We wanted to send out some communication around maintenance requests and timing so that everyone is aware. Due to the snow storm, our maintenance staff is working an adjusted schedule today, and will be focusing on emergency maintenance requests only. Any routine requests submitted will be completed next week upon their return. We are still working hard to provide you a safe passage while passing through the community on both sidewalks and parking lots. This particular snowfall has created icy conditions beneath very heavy snow, thus, taking us much longer to clear than we hoped. Your patience is appreciated as we continue to remove the snow and place the salt down.
Please us EXTREME CAUTION while walking and/or driving throughout the community as we wait for the salt to remedy the ice and for the expected warm up as the day progresses.

First off, thank you so much for your patience as our maintenance team cleared and salted our community this past weekend. I really appreciate your feedback. We will continue to work on clearing parking lots today, and we realize there is still a lot of snow in between and behind cars. In order for our maintenance team to most effectively clear parking spots, we ask that you please move your vehicles to areas where the snow has been cleared, so the plow can clear a good stretch of parking spots.
