We are still working hard to provide you a safe passage while passing through the community on both sidewalks and parking lots. This particular snowfall has created icy conditions beneath very heavy snow, thus, taking us much longer to clear than we hoped. Your patience is appreciated as we continue to remove the snow and place the salt down.
Please us EXTREME CAUTION while walking and/or driving throughout the community as we wait for the salt to remedy the ice and for the expected warm up as the day progresses.

First off, thank you so much for your patience as our maintenance team cleared and salted our community this past weekend. I really appreciate your feedback. We will continue to work on clearing parking lots today, and we realize there is still a lot of snow in between and behind cars. In order for our maintenance team to most effectively clear parking spots, we ask that you please move your vehicles to areas where the snow has been cleared, so the plow can clear a good stretch of parking spots.
Again, I really appreciate each of you and your assistance in...
