Parking lot and carport re-striping

My goal is to always keep you informed regarding any projects that we are planning in our community. We finally have a break in the weather and did not want to miss the opportunity to get this repair done, however, I want to apologize for this late notice.
We request that all vehicles being removed from the parking lot in front of all the Oaks buildings including carports as well as the area at the dumpsters.

I hope everyone is having a great day! I am writing to inform you that effective immediately, our office will no longer be accepting rent checks/money orders via our 'Rent Drop Box.' Moving forward, our drop box will be intended for gate cards, signed documents and after-hour key return only.
For your convenience, rent can be paid through the following options:

This is a friendly reminder that the Luxer Package service will be discontinued effective Tuesday, September 4, 2018. The Package Center will remain accessible for you to collect your packages delivered prior to September 3rd.
On September 4th, we resume delivery to individual buildings. Carriers will attempt to deliver packages to your apartment; if you are not home, they will bring them to the office. You may collect packages from the office during regular business hours:
Monday through Friday: 10 am - 6 pm and Saturdays 10 am - 5pm.

I hope you enjoy this lovely weather. In observance of Labor Day, Monday, September 3, 2018, the office will be closed. If you do have a maintenance emergency, please call 734.971-5455 and follow the prompts. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, September 4, 2018, 10 am. to 6 pm. The office is open on Saturday, September 1st from 10 am until 5 pm.

Fertilization for the lawns will occur tomorrow Friday, July 27th during normal business hours. For this project, our lawn care contractor will be working throughout the community to treat all grassy areas. Here are some items to keep in mind during this project:
* Due to the nature of the fertilization, all pets will need to remain off of the lawn/grassy areas throughout the community for the duration of the day.

It has come to our attention that there has been a few vehicle break-ins around the community. I just wanted to give a few friendly reminders to help us prevent crime in the community, please ensure that your vehicles are locked at all times and if you have a vehicle alarm we asked that you have it active when the vehicle is unattended. Always make sure that nothing of value is in plain sight that could make your vehicle a potential target. Good morning Glencoe residents,
It seems as if today is going to be sunny and without any rain! You will notice that our contractors are in our community to remove dead trees. Please use caution in the areas that they are working since they will use heavy equipment. The first phase of this project will be completed by tomorrow. The next phase will be in July and we will keep you informed.
