Good morning Glencoe residents,
Another Winter Weather Advisory for Washtenaw county is in effect until this afternoon. All the building entrances and sidewalks were salted yesterday afternoon. You will see Geoff, one or our maintenance technicians, in our red plow truck scraping and salting the parking lots and roads this morning. Please use extreme caution if you have to be outside this morning since it is icy and slippery.

I want you to know what to expect regarding our snow removal plans and the current Winter Weather Advisory that remains in effect until midnight. The forecast is showing that snow will continue to fall until 12 AM, with the heaviest accumulation occurring between noon and 4 PM today. With that said, our maintenance team plans to clear the parking lots, driveways, stoops and sidewalks until 8 PM tonight. They will then come back Tuesday morning around 5 AM to resume clearing all areas and salting the community.
We hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready for the snow and cold!
Due to the impending snow storm, the office will be closing at 3:00PM. If you experience a maintenance emergency, please call (734) 971-5455 and follow the prompts to be connected to a member of our emergency maintenance team.
Our maintenance team will be here throughout the day and evening and will immediately begin working on salting and plowing the property. Please make sure you are careful as you are walking and driving through the property.

Residents of Glencoe Hills and Glencoe Oaks,
The coming days will bring below freezing temperatures, all the way down to -11 degrees on Tuesday night. Brrrr! We will need your help to avoid potentially major issues that can come with cold temperatures.

Open all water faucets in your apartment to a steady stream of 1/8 inch or less, but not a drip . This helps to keep water moving through the lines and...
