High wind warning

Good morning to all our Glencoe residents!

We are currently under a high wind warning. This High Wind Warning remains in effect from 7 AM this morning to 4 AM Monday morning. Sustained winds at 30 to 40 mph with gusts of 50 to 60 mph begins this morning and will continue until late tonight. Carlos from our on-call maintenance team reported that we already have multiple buildings without power. Winter Weather Advisory 2/6/2019

Good morning Glencoe residents,

Another Winter Weather Advisory for Washtenaw county is in effect until this afternoon. All the building entrances and sidewalks were salted yesterday afternoon. You will see Geoff, one or our maintenance technicians, in our red plow truck scraping and salting the parking lots and roads this morning. Please use extreme caution if you have to be outside this morning since it is icy and slippery.

GREAT NEWS!  The wait is finally over!  We have fitness cards in and we have set one aside for you to pick-up!

If you are planning to stop by our office, please keep in mind that we are open 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday, and 10am to 5pm on Saturday.

Winter Weather Advisory 1/25/2019

Good Afternoon!

I want you to know what to expect regarding our snow removal plans and the current Winter Weather Advisory that remains in effect until midnight. The forecast is showing that snow will continue to fall until 12 AM, with the heaviest accumulation occurring between noon and 4 PM today. With that said, our maintenance team plans to clear the parking lots, driveways, stoops and sidewalks until 8 PM tonight. They will then come back Tuesday morning around 5 AM to resume clearing all areas and salting the community.

We hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready for the snow and cold!

Due to the impending snow storm, the office will be closing at 3:00PM. If you experience a maintenance emergency, please call (734) 971-5455 and follow the prompts to be connected to a member of our emergency maintenance team.

Our maintenance team will be here throughout the day and evening and will immediately begin working on salting and plowing the property. Please make sure you are careful as you are walking and driving through the property.

Deep Freeze Advisory

The coming days will bring below freezing temperatures, all the way down to -11 degrees on Tuesday night. Brrrr! We will need your help to avoid potentially major issues that can come with cold temperatures.

When the temperature takes a nose-dive to 10 degrees above zero, or colder, you can help prevent frozen water pipes and breakage of water lines by doing the following:
