Good Morning Glencoe Hills and Glencoe Oaks Residents,
I hope you enjoyed the weekend! I would like to introduce myself as your Community Manager! I am rejoining the Glencoe Hills Team and am very excited to be back. Some of you may remember me from years past. I began my career over 10 years ago right here at Glencoe Hills. I have worked here several times in many different office positions and know the community well.
I understand that you have been through some changes over the last several months, and want you to know that I am here to assist you with any needs that you...
Women who lives in Building 2109 lets her 2 dogs out of the building off leash. They run around all over the place and have come after myself and my dog on numerous occasions. The women's little dog is the worst, trying to bite and jump, the thing is vicious. I've tried approaching the woman but she runs back in the building leaving her 2 dogs outside. This has been an ongoing issue and since she is not receptive to discussing this then I'm taking up with the management. Glencoe Hills/Oaks has a leash requirement, as well as the city of Ann Arbor. Please do something...

We have had a broken dishwasher since late May. I have a record of all of the service requests we have submitted as well as the times we have called Glencoe Hills Management to follow up on getting it fixed. Not once have they followed up with us on this issue. Our dishwasher is still broken and we need a completely new one. In addition to replacing it, we are also seeking compensation for the months of frustration and poor management and complete lack of communication on the part of Glencoe Hills.

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue that occurred this week. There was a fire started in the woods along a section of the walking paths. The Pittsfield Fire Department responded in a timely manner and was able to extinguish the fire. No one was hurt and not property was damaged.
The Pittsfield Police and Fire Departments are aware of the fires occurring on different occasions and they are working as quickly as they can to resolve the issue. Please be alert when traveling along the walking paths. If you see any signs of smoke or anything else that...
Our dishwasher broke over and over again last year. At one point, we had a non functioning dishwasher for nearly 3 weeks while we waited for someone to fix it. Recently, the same exact problems began occurring again, and we were told by a maintenance worker in June that we needed a new dishwasher all together. 1 week later we called to check on the status of our new dishwasher and were told it would be in soon. A week after that we called and were told the notice was never put in in the first place, despite what we had been told the week before. I called last week and was told it would be in...
We had roommates with pets that moved out in June of 2016. I notified the office that they were leaving (as were the pets), but we were still charged a pro-rated $4.84 pet fee for the month of July (1st - 7th). I called and was told in June that the charge would be taken off and to go ahead and pay the rent charges minus the $4.84. One month and several phone calls later the fee is still on our account. This is getting ridiculous.
