Good Afternoon Glencoe Hills and Glencoe Oaks Residents!
Recently you received a notification from NWP, our utility billing company, about the method we use to assess your monthly rubbish removal fees. The letter explained an upcoming change to utilize a “fluctuating flat rate” method as opposed to your current pre-set monthly flat rate for the rubbish removal services.
Due to the high number of concerns expressed by our residents regarding this announcement, we have decided to hold off on any changes. Your monthly bill from NWP will continue to reflect the pre-set monthly...

I wanted to send out a friendly reminder that rent payments are today Monday, May 2nd. We must receive payment no later than 11:59 pm on Monday, May 2nd in order to avoid the $30 late fee being charged to your account. If you have already paid your rent, please disregard.

April 26, 2016 Dear valued resident(s), On Wednesday, May 4 th Salient Lawn Care will apply our 1st Lawn Fertilization treatment of the season. This treatment will be weather permitting. If the treatment cannot be applied due to the weather, the treatment will be rescheduled to Thursday, May 5 th . Due to the chemicals that are applied, it is important that pets and children remain off the lawn for 24 hours after the application.
