We have had a broken dishwasher since late May. I have a record of all of the service requests we have submitted as well as the times we have called Glencoe Hills Management to follow up on getting it fixed. Not once have they followed up with us on this issue. Our dishwasher is still broken and we need a completely new one. In addition to replacing it, we are also seeking compensation for the months of frustration and poor management and complete lack of communication on the part of Glencoe Hills.
