Feedback Problem for Glencoe Oaks

Dear staff ( Sydney, Hayley, Jeremy, whoever is reading this now), This is my fourth time reporting about a motorcycle that has been parked in the same exact spot for the past 8 months- possibly much longer than that. I only know for a fact that it hasn't moved since the day we moved in, which was end of January 2017. At first, it didn't bother me because it was winter and I figured the owner probably wasn't riding it due to the cold weather. But when Spring came and it was still there, I went into the office to notify you all about it twice, and once over the phone. If you all don't think it's important to figure out whose motorcycle it is and why in the world they choose to have it just sit there as if in storage and keep a perfectly good parking space from his or her neighbors, then I am going to assume it must be one of you all's motorcycle. Also worth mentioning is that every Glencoe Oaks resident is assigned a free covered parking space. So the owner should be considerate enough to park his or her idle motorcycle sideways at the front of his or her covered parking (as I see others do), which still leaves plenty of room for a car to park after it as well. If you do not care that your uncovered parking is being used as someone's personal storage, then okay. I will start using them as such. I have plenty of empty boxes and suitcases taking up precious closet space that I'd love to park right next to the motorcycle. Otherwise, as I have kindly albeit repeatedly asked, please get the owner to move the motorcycle. Thanks

Hi Alahyari,

Thank you for your feedback regarding the motorcycle near your building.  You are correct in that the motorcycle has been parked there for quite some time and we certainly apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you.  With that said, I have been in contact with the owner of the motorcycle this week and it will be removed from the property no later than 8AM on Monday October 9th, 2017.

If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us at the office at 734-971-5455.

Thanks again for following up!

Sincerely,

Sydney Foreman

Hi Sydney,

It is Monday, October 9th, 2017 well past 8AM and the motorcycle remains parked in the same spot. Who exactly is the owner? Are they a Glencoe Oaks resident, and if so what unit? If you are allowed to share this information, please let me know and I will email you directly because I would like to speak with him or her. And if you are not at liberty to share this information, then please set up a time for us to all meet in the office to discuss the issue.
