Feedback Question for The George

I have to set my heater at 90F and leave the heater turned on for an hour to increase room temperature from 53F to 62F. This costs me a lot of electricity since I have to leave it turned on for a long time. Does anyone experience similar problem? I am freezing.. -- Update: Two hours mark. 68F. Set temperature is 90F.

Hi there youngsukyoon95, we are super sorry that you are experiencing this issue with your heat. Based on the information you have provided, it seems there is definately an issue.  We do consider no heat a maintenance emergency, so in order for us to provide you the best possible service in the future, please contact us immediately via telephone in the office at 734-418-0133 so we can dispatch a technician right away.  The resident portal is great for providing feedback, but should not be used for reporting any maintenance emergencies!  We have placed a call for service first thing this morning, and will let you know just as soon as they will be out today, but we do not have good contact information for you, as we have attempted to call you and email you this morning, but neither is working.  Please give us a call at 734-418-0133 so we can get your information updated, we hope to hear from you soon.  Thank you so much, and please rest assured that we will resolve this concern for you as quickly as possible, and thank you for letting us know.

Good Evening, 

Please know that the HVAC technician came today and your heat is working. We consider a no heat an urgent/emergency issue. Please make sure that the thermostat is left to the on position and the switch is clicked to the heat/ not on the off position. The thermostat can be turned up and down at any time. Please let me know if you need any further assistance. We are always here to help!
