My partner and I chose Serena with the impression that this was a smoke-free environment. Cancer runs in my family (sixth and seventh generations with cancer traced to smoke) and I was impressed with the idea that this would be enforced. I’ve called the office twice today to complain about neighbors smoking and more than 4 other times complaining about the same issue. I’ve grown very tired of having to close my door and windows to keep the smell of smoke out of my apartment because other people in the building cant follow lease agreements.
As a reminder, all vehicles must have a displayed parking permit decal in order to park in resident parking spaces. All visitors must park in the designated visitor parking spaces to avoid having their vehicles towed at their expense.
All residents must visit the leasing office to pick up a parking decal to place on their vehicles, if you have not already done so. This decal will allow you to park in the resident spaces throughout the community.
Any vehicle that does not have a parking decal clearly displayed will be towed unless it is parked in a...

In order to provide a healthier environment for our residents, employees, and guests, we are a designated smoke free community. The smoke-free policy covers all individual apartments, common areas, and outdoor areas . All residents, as well as their guests, employees, and vendors are required to follow this policy. It has been recently brought up to our attention that this policy is not being exercised by some residents in the community.
We take great pride in providing you with a clean and safe environment. Multifamily buildings share air ducts or vents,...

We understand that many of you may consider welcoming a new pet into your home this holiday season. After all, who can resist a sweet little puppy or kitten with a bright red bow under the tree? We love our furry friends at Serena, but wanted to take some time to review our pet policies and procedures to avoid any unnecessary holiday disappointment. Please check with us in the office before adopting any new pets to ensure they are approved!

Dear Serena Residents,
We have recently been alerted to a payment problem with the laundry center and wanted to make you aware right away.
As many of you know, we have been working through some connectivity issues in the laundry facility for the last 3-4 weeks. When swiping your cards to start the machines, an error message would sometimes populate stating that the machines were offline. In this situation, many residents would then go to a different machine and swipe again until finding a machine that was online to complete your washing.

The past few times that my wife and I have attempted to do our laundry in the on site, we've run into the issue that neither the washers, nor dryers seem to be on the network that allows them to process our debit cards. This has made it difficult to do laundry in any format as the majority of machines are out of order. As of Sunday night, we could only get three washers to work, and a single dryer. This caused us to have the majority of our clothes come out of the dryer still damp, if not completely wet, and of course wrinkled. We have also had the dryers stop in the middle of drying our...
