II am having so much trouble trying to do anything on this website I cIt tool me an hour just to write this email, I do not want to get charged a late feeait took me an hour just to get here, have been trying to pay my rent since fridayIt wouldn't scroll down to apt name ane no matter how many times I hit pay rent NOTHING HAPPENS!! For the improvements there has been constant noise loud music and extremely loud talkers. This starts at at 7 am in the morning!I do understand improvements have to be made but the fact that it is on a Sunday morning is ridiculous to have to deal with loud workers and then someone to blast loud rap this early
