Cathy,

Windows were not boarded prior to the storm's approach, however, please be assured we will be assessing damage at all properties as soon as it is safe to re-enter the sites following the storm.  We are prepared to begin clean up and repairs as needed when conditions will allow.

Sun pointe in Daytona power went in and out a few times but the Air conditioner in the 6 building just started blowing warm air. This is crazy. The air stayed cool throughout the entire hurricane. After the hub of it passes us then it starts blowing warm air at 5am Monday And there's nobody to reset the chiller. Go figure :(

William,

We're so sorry to hear that the air has stopped working for you.  Be assured we will have team members out on site for any necessary repairs just as soon as the curfew is lifted and conditions will allow us to travel.  Thank you for your patience!

Just placed a service request for all appliances, air conditioner and water heater along with some wall switches and plugs not working. I'm grateful for the plugs that are fine so I can use the tv, fan and charge my phone

Hurricane Irma: When will pool be drained?

Feedback Question for Serena Winter Park

We live on the first floor pool side. With Hurricae Irma approaching, we were told by a staff member the pool would be slightly drained to avoid overflow into the surrounding areas and our apartment. It hasn't been done. When will this be taken care of?...

Good afternoon, Zach!

At this time, the pool levels are below the safety ledge and we are only able to drain between 3-4 inch.  As you are aware, hurricane Irma has been changing its direction and she is very unpredictable.  Please take all precautionary action for your household.  There are still sandbag locations that are still open and distributing to the community.

The city of Winter Park is out of sandbags. More than 16,000 sandbags were distributed the past two days.  Here are a few locations that are a short drive from Serena.

Casselberry

115 Wilshire Blvd., Fern Park, FL
Times have not been determined yet
Bring your own shovel
May fill up to 10 bags

Sanford

Sports Complex Overflow Parking
3450 E. Lake Mary Blvd., Sanford, FL  32773
Starting 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday
Bring your own shovel
May fill up to 15 bags

Thank you so much for reaching out to us and we hope that you and your family stay safe during the storm.

Warm regards,

Jeannette Gonzalez

Debri on Lawn Area

Feedback Question for Serena Winter Park

Hi, there is a dog poop stand that looks like it has been taken out and laid down vertically on the ground on the backside of the complex. Also, there are sheets of metal and wood by the mobile minis in the back as well. These seem like they would be a risk during the hurricane which is scheduled to go directly over us. Can these be moved to a safer area?

Also, I jhave notified Miguel to place the dog station in a secure location.

Amanda thank you for staying connect through our resident portal.

Complaints for service we receive @ Serena Apartment Winter Park

Feedback Problem for Serena Winter Park

I moved my mother into Serena apartment early July. Two months into the apartment, there were three major issues I have came across: 1. first one: The guy showed me the apartment said the apartment would be granite countertop. When I did first walk-through, there was only Formica plastic cover. the lady who also is the manager in the apartment apologized for the mis-leading information and promised she would cover everything if the damages occurs down the road. 2. A month live into the apartment, the work order we sent never gets done, and I have to follow up over and over again. 3. When I...
