Words cannot describe Chloe and I's gratitude to the maintenance staff. Javier is an absolute angel! One of the hardest workers I have ever met. Whenever we have an issue, we call Cherise and she instantly puts in a work order for us. Within that day Javier pays us a visit and fixes our issues immediately!! I just walked into the laundry room and saw both Javier and the other gentleman working aimlessly to improve the water heating issue. We as a community are so lucky to have them and the amazing staff!! They do an excellent job at running this facility!...

We did speak this morning November 1st Friday to log in and pay my Balance of $167.78 on line so I won't have late fee but I couldn't do it because of account blocked. Have to wait till Monday in person at the office...

It has been brought to our attention the hot water in the laundry center is not working properly. After troubleshooting the issue, we had to outsource the repair and have scheduled it for immediately in the morning. The cold water option and dryers are still functional at this time. We apologize for the inconvienence and will notify everyone when the hot water is repaired.

The Dog park at Serena is scheduled to be closed from Thursday 10/24 until Friday 10/25. Our landscaping company will be treating the grass and cleaning up areas inside. We appreciate your cooperation during this matter and will have it reopened as soon as we are able to on Friday 10/25.
