Plumbing Issue

Feedback Praise for Sapphire Winter Park

Thank you for Mohammad for your quick response when I called the office late yesterday afternoon regarding the plumbing situation in our building. He was working on the issue until late last night with the plumber and then came back this morning to check to make sure everything was ok! I appreciate his help and his dedication to make sure our problems are solved. He even helped us out on a completely unrelated issue and found jumper cables for us to use!

Maintenance request

I had a leak going on and i just noticed it today under my kitchen sink. I put in a request and within an hour Mohammed was at my door and replaced my garbage disposal within minutes. He was awesome!

Late fee

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

Why was my account charged with a late fee? I never once had to pay a late fee on my account! As far as I know it’s until the 3rd of each month and then a late fee is supposed to be applied! If I would have made aware that the 3 day grace period had changed I would have made a payment earlier. I would appreciate if you could remove the late fee from my account out of courtesy. If you review my statements for the past 2 or so years I lived here I’ve never been late once!

Late fees on the 3rd???

Feedback Question for Sapphire Winter Park

Why was the late fee added to my account on the 3rd? I've paid my rent on the 3rd numerous times and never had the late fee added until after 12:00am on the 4th. Why the change and where is it on my lease?...

So I pulled up my leade agreement and I see that it now reads the late fee will be assessed on the 3rd day of the month. Being honest, I didn't notice that little change in the new lease. If you could see your way clear to remove that this time as a courtesy I would appreciate it greatly....Btw, I also want to say how much safer I feel walking my dog at night with all of the additional lighting. You guys have done a great job on that!

Life is much easier for me, being disabled can be challenging enough at times and not having to walk to far on days when I'm in a lot of pain means the world to me. November Rent Reminder

Attention Sapphire Residents,

I wanted you all to be aware rent payments will no longer be accepted in the leasing office . All residents should have set up their online accounts or stopped by the leasing office to receive instructions for their preferred method of payment, received their CashPay cards or set up their My.Mckinley.com accounts.

November Rent will be Due on November 1. Please make sure to plan all payments accordingly.

Our goal is to streamline all payments to be made online and easy to handled for residents based on your business lifestyles and...

Our lesse states we have a grace period until the 3rd to pay the rent without the late fees being assessed. Today is the 3rd and the late fee has already been added to my bill. I have never had this problem before, even when the 3rd fell on a Sunday like today. What is the deal?

Automatic Key Control

Announcement for Sapphire Winter Park

Dear Residents,

We are happy to announce that a new key system is being installed in our 24/7 Fitness Center. The key system will allow our residents to access these areas with an automatic magnetic key. One complementary key will be provided per apartment.

Lease holders will need stop by the office to obtain a key and sign your key form.

PLEASE NOTE: The new door system will begin operating on October 30th, 2019.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Announcement for Sapphire Winter Park

Good Morning Residents,

In order to keep your homes in top working order, we will be completing a dryer vent cleaning in all homes in our community on Tuesday, 11/04/2019 . This is an important preventative maintenance item that will help reduce issues with dryers not working properly. This will allow our maintenance techs to better meet your needs on a daily basis We will need to briefly enter your home to clean out the dryer vent line leading to the exterior of your home.

We have placed a notice on your door as well with specific instructions for this process....
