Thank you for Mohammad for your quick response when I called the office late yesterday afternoon regarding the plumbing situation in our building. He was working on the issue until late last night with the plumber and then came back this morning to check to make sure everything was ok! I appreciate his help and his dedication to make sure our problems are solved. He even helped us out on a completely unrelated issue and found jumper cables for us to use!
Why was my account charged with a late fee? I never once had to pay a late fee on my account! As far as I know it’s until the 3rd of each month and then a late fee is supposed to be applied! If I would have made aware that the 3 day grace period had changed I would have made a payment earlier. I would appreciate if you could remove the late fee from my account out of courtesy. If you review my statements for the past 2 or so years I lived here I’ve never been late once!
Why was the late fee added to my account on the 3rd? I've paid my rent on the 3rd numerous times and never had the late fee added until after 12:00am on the 4th. Why the change and where is it on my lease?...

Maura and Jason I want to thank you for adding the handicap parking space, at my request, closer to my apartment. I really appreciate your time and effort. Life is much easier for me, being disabled can be challenging enough at times and not having to walk to far on days when I'm in a lot of pain means the world to me. I wanted you all to be aware rent payments will no longer be accepted in the leasing office . All residents should have set up their online accounts or stopped by the leasing office to receive instructions for their preferred method of payment, received their CashPay cards or set up their My.Mckinley.com accounts.
November Rent will be Due on November 1. Please make sure to plan all payments accordingly.

We are happy to announce that a new key system is being installed in our 24/7 Fitness Center. The key system will allow our residents to access these areas with an automatic magnetic key. One complementary key will be provided per apartment.
Lease holders will need stop by the office to obtain a key and sign your key form.
PLEASE NOTE: The new door system will begin operating on October 30th, 2019.

In order to keep your homes in top working order, we will be completing a dryer vent cleaning in all homes in our community on Tuesday, 11/04/2019 . This is an important preventative maintenance item that will help reduce issues with dryers not working properly. This will allow our maintenance techs to better meet your needs on a daily basis We will need to briefly enter your home to clean out the dryer vent line leading to the exterior of your home.
