I wanted to remind all residens that May Rent payments are due on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 . The Sapphire Winter Park Leasing Office has re-located to 1699 North Semoran Circle which faces Howell Branch Road.

missing cofee table glass

so i came yesterday to check my staff in my small backyard and i find out that my coffee table i m putting outside missing the glass top and that since your workers came to fix the roof. the problem is NO ONE noticed me so your workers came did the job break my cofee table glass clean the glass and left what im supposed to do???....

Missing Vape Pen

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

So, I came from work to find the hot mess that's happening with the changing windows process. We were informed everything was supposed to be left in the exact same way it was found. Definitely not the case (I have pictures!). As I'm putting back all my stuff in order I noticed the cup that holds my vape pen was under my bed. Usually kept on my nightstand, everything else on the nightstand was in the same order I left it this morning. It was odd that just that cup rolled under the bed, everything was moved and my vape pen is nowhere to be found. How are we supposed to fix this?...

Your apartment home should have been returned to the way it was found prior to the work being completed in your home. I have tried contacting this complex through phone, e-mail and this site, and no one has responded to my concerns on any platform. I will be recommending that people look elsewhere when deciding to rent McKinley property, as I have not rented from a more unprofessional leasing company.

Issue regarding parking enforcement

I have been trying to get in contact with Jason Grooms, but he has been unreachable. Here are the cumulative emails I sent him. On April 14, my vehicle was towed from a spot near my building. I attempted to reach the leasing office, however the vehicle was towed after hours. I reached out through the maintenance line and was given no additional information, however I was given the updated name and phone number of the complex's main towing company, the change of which was never passed on to Avesta lease holders.
