I wanted to remind all residens that June Rent payments are due on Saturday, June 1, 2019 . The Sapphire Winter Park Leasing Office has re-located to 1699 North Semoran Circle which faces Howell Branch Road.

Reminder that rent payments are due at the beginning of each month and not able to honor rent payment extension. Rent payments are due as discussed in the terms of your lease agreement.

Rent statements are reflecting the utilities of water, waster/sewer and trash . The charges will reflect the date of the billing cycle next to...

We wanted to take a moment to inform you that our leasing office will be closed on Monday, May 27th in observance of Memorial Day. Our office will resume

Renovations

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

I received a call while I was working yesterday at 5:30PM(May 21st) that there would be a paper posted to my door regarding renovation schedules, no big deal. I then get home after working a late night shift to see that they are scheduled for 8:30am the 22nd. I think that the lack of even a 24 hr notice is ridiculous, and now I have to scramble to make sure my belongings are put away and moved around at the last second. What if I was out of town? I’ve lived through renovations in apartments before and have never dealt without such poor communication.

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

Since the renovations have started here, the company completing the work has been extremely sloppy. They have been leaving trash and supplies on my porch, leaving nails in the road, blocking traffic through the neighborhood for hours on end, and parking in designated handicap parking spaces. Residents are expected to uphold certain standards that the companies doing these renovations have continued to do after multiple complaints. I have a tire that has had a hole in it from nails and screws left behind, and have not heard anything back from the complex since the 10th (10 days prior to this...

Feedback Question for Sapphire Winter Park

When are they finishing the reno in my apt? They installed the windows, but left the frames exposed, holes and everything. The cool air is escaping from there, thus higher electricity bill. This was done more than a month ago and said somebody was coming to finish up, obviously nobody came.

Fix the holes in my wall

You guys replaced the windows in my apartment and left giant holes in the wall. Took down all the decorations in my room and left them on the floor. Come back and finish the work

Window renovations

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

It’s been 2 nights in which we’ve had a bat come in our home. It’s very unsanitary. I have a 2 year old w/ previous diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea and I am currently 5 months pregnant. This has to be reported to the city and an inspection needs to be in order.
