Good Afternoon Sapphire Residents,

I wanted to remind all residens that April Rent payment. are due . The Sapphire Winter Park Leasing Office has re-located to 1699 North Semoran Circle which faces Howell Branch Road.

Reminder that rent payments are due at the beginning of each month and not able to honor rent payment extension. Rent payments are due as discussed in the terms of your lease agreement.

Rent statements are reflecting the utilities of water, waster/sewer and trash . The charges will reflect the date of the billing cycle next to each of these charges and...

Dear Residents,

We thank you for being a resident of Sapphire Winter Park. Your apartment will be receiving new pipes inside your apartment and outside to help repair any pipes that have been worn down over time, as well as to increase the flow of water that is needed for everyday use. We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused, but the re-piping will be complete to its entirety based on the below schedule:

Trenching/Exterior Digging: (Outside apartment home with no access needed to home): Already Started...

Need help understanding utilities

Feedback Question for Sapphire Winter Park

From what I understood, the March rent included utilities pro-rated for the past three months. When my bill came for this month, it was only $10 less than the one for the three month period. There’s no way I could have used nearly the same amount of water in a month that I did from three months. Any information would be appreciated, Thank you.

Due date changed?

Feedback Question for Sapphire Winter Park

Ever since I moved here in July last year, rent was available to be paid between the 1st and 3rd of the month. Can anyone provide an explanation as to why this has changed without any warning other than the email that came out saying it’s due on the first? I would have liked to know before it changed, which I notice started in March. It feels shady that there wasn’t a public statement that the due date would change.

Good Afternoon,

 

I hope this email finds you well. 

 

I just left you a voicemail in regard to the posting that you left on My.Mckinley. I appreciate your feedback, but want to let you know that the due date of the rent payment has not changed based on your Avesta lease. As the posting states, rent is due based on the dates of your lease agreement. Rent is due on the 1st, no later than the 3rd by midnight. On the 4th day it is considered late and will be charged any fees that apply. 

 

We have not changed any of your due dates as it is outlined in your contract that you signed. We only wanted to make sure that since we are operating on two different leases within our community, one for Avesta and a month to month lease for Mckinley, that all residents knew that payments were due based on the terms of the lease agreement. 

 

Please email me or feel free to stop by the leasing office to discuss any concerns that you may have so that you know that we as a leasing community are hear to listen and address your concerns.
