Fix the holes in my wall

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

You guys replaced the windows in my apartment and left giant holes in the wall. Took down all the decorations in my room and left them on the floor. Come back and finish the work

I wanted to let you know that maintenance and I will be stopping by your apartment before the day is out to ensure that the work is being completed to your satisfaction. As I stated in our communication last evening, we will make sure to communicate that all apartment homes should be left as they were when the work started in your home.

I hope you are doing well. The pool is open for resident use until sundown each day. All residents should use the gate on the left side of the pool to gain access. All other entrances will be closed until the renovations to the leasing office are completed.

Window renovations

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

It’s been 2 nights in which we’ve had a bat come in our home. It’s very unsanitary. I have a 2 year old w/ previous diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea and I am currently 5 months pregnant. This has to be reported to the city and an inspection needs to be in order.

I wanted to remind all residens that May Rent payments are due today. The Sapphire Winter Park Leasing Office has re-located to 1699 North Semoran Circle which faces Howell Branch Road.

Reminder that rent payments are due at the beginning of each month and not able to honor rent payment extension. Rent payments are due as discussed in the terms of your lease agreement.

Rent statements are reflecting the utilities of water, waster/sewer and trash . The charges will reflect the date of the billing cycle next to each of these charges...

Regarding pests (Bats and Mice)

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

In building 1787's top floor storage room, several bats, and possibly mice, have moved in. One has now ventured into the main stairwell and might try and take up residence. Is it possible to get a pest control agent out to relocate them? I received the general property-wide notice several months back regarding a similar issue, but it's possible these guys moved in after those inspections took place...
