I wanted you all to be aware rent payments will no longer be accepted in the leasing office . All residents should have set up their online accounts or stopped by the leasing office to receive instructions for their preferred method of payment, received their CashPay cards or set up their My.Mckinley.com accounts.

September Rent will be Due on September 1. We realize that this is also the Labor Day weekend as well, so please make sure to plan all payments accordingly with the long weekend and holiday. Our offices will be closed on Monday,...

At the moment, Hurricane Dorian is projected to affect Orlando as early as Monday, and southern cities have already begun evacuating. A mandatory evacuation is not currently in place for Orlando however, please follow government and official recommendations regarding evacuation and relocations, pertaining to our area. Will all construction materials out and around the property be removed as well? I know my apartment is close to where a large amount of loose boards are being stored.

1-There’s to many plants that have been remove from my building and it just there by the garbage don’t that affect of flying around and the car are park there?

2-How is this going to affect paying the rent online if the electricity is not on or the banks are not in function?

Laundry Room

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

ALL of the laundry rooms have issues with EVERY WASHER!! I’ve called Wash and made them aware of the issue months ago and they have not been out to fix them.

This really needs to be addressed. Every time I call Washlava they say "we're aware, we're having issues with Bluetooth connections (the only way to start the machines) and we're trying to figure it out and have our techs look at it." The app will let you reserve a washer but you don't find out it's out of service until you haul all your laundry down to the machines. This has been going on for months now with Laundry Room 1, and now Laundry Room 2 is experiencing them.

It's the same old song and dance. Is there anyway that management can expedite or press the issue with them?

This is getting ridiculous! It's now September 17th and this issue is still not fixed. When I call Sapphire personally they never pick up no matter what time of day I call.....

A $200 utitlity bill and apperently no one knows why.

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

Our water bill has been steadily increasing for the passed 6 months and the answer i was given is "we're working on it"... I asked for corporates number because they kept insisting that this was an issue that had to be dealt from them and when i asked for their number i was told they don't have it..? I asked for the number to the utility company and apparently nobody knows that number either. Currently waiting on a call back from the front office hopefully from someone who knows something because if not i am sure a lawyer will know something...

I’m in the same boat this is getting insane I’ve never even paid this much for a house water bill. Jason if you read these this needs to be fixed ASAP. Some of us are on a tight budget and this is unfair to residents. We’re being way over charged.

Ridiculous water bill

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

Please explain how since 1 June my water bill has increased by $20.90? I don't drink the water, I might run the dishwasher once a week if I'm lucky, my toilet doesn't also have enough water in it, I wash two loads of laundry a week at the most and I take very quick showers. I live alone, the apartments on the other side of the building are empty and the apartment above has tenants. This is the biggest rip off...

I have noticed this too. Also with my light bull. I've lived here for 6 years and my average light bill has always been $130. I moved to a new unit in September then they started construction and my light bill has. Even ranging from $200- $290, even when my son was gone for the summer and I was doing a lot of traveling. I'm wondering if the sprinklers and construction is plugging in to our utilities, driving up costs.

I noticed a $35 increase in my water as well. I fully believe that our water and light is going up because of construction and the sprinklers constantly being on! Even when it rains.

My water bill is ridiculous as well. It went up $15 this month, $15 the month before. Only 2 people live in my home theres NO WAY my water bill is $150.00. There has been an ongoing leak on the outside of our building and now the sprinklers. This is ridiculous

Question on this... While you monitor and review, tenants have to make ends meet because the bill still needs to be paid. All the buildings around me have water dripping/leaking all day and I'm sir that's adding to the building water usage. Workers that are staying in the empty apartments, also adding to it. Are they paying for their usage? I suggest maintenance goes around the buildings and makes sure all water lines/pipes on the outside are not leaking.
