Dear Residents,

We are excited to announce that repairs are underway on our existing car ports. Beginning tomorrow, February 26, 2019 , work will begin on car ports that are designated for parking spots #71 - #92 on Semoran North Circle near buildings #1615 and #1635. Work is expected to be completed by close of business on February 26, 2019.

All cars that are permitted for these parking spaces will need to re-locate their cars to normal...

Screws everywhere in parking lot

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

I have been picking up screws all over the parking lot ever since the work on the car ports occurred and I'm still seeing more everyday! This is not safe for residents, animals, or our vehicles...

Hi Allison,

Thank you very much for reaching out to us with your concernS. I am very sorry that you are experiencing issues with screws being left behind as they complete the repairs in the carports. I agree with you and I have contacted the vendor responsible for these repairs and ask they clean up after each repair is completed to avoid this issue moving forward. 

I have also asked our maintenance team to please double check each area and pick up any deberes they may find.

My tire went flat last week because of a screw in my tire from the parking lot! Trucks are everywhere and I have no where to park, but far away. This is awful!

Feedback Question for Sapphire Winter Park

Good evening. I recall that we were expecting an announcement to update us on the water bill. Can we expect this announcement soon? Additionally, I saw the announcement regarding the carport renovations. I was just curious as to whether the general look to the carports themselves will be the same (like replacing some of the damaged metal, repainting scraped parts) or if it's a complete redo of the spots...

Feedback Question for Sapphire Winter Park

Since last month, many questions were posted regarding our bills for w/s/g and we were told that it would be added to our account on this month's rent. It is the final date to pay rent, and there's still no additional charges other than base rent, and my covered parking. It's impossible to plan a budget if our bills aren't being stated. Additionally, if another month is expected, will we be double charged next month, or will we be charged double upon move-out? I wish we could all get a single explanation, rather than voicemails to those who ask. It seems like a more fair...

Jason, as I had stated in the original posting, I believe everyone would benefit from a solid answer that anyone can access. I have a schedule that leaves me unable to speak over the phone during the day. I would appreciate a general answer that will give me an estimate as to when will see this bill and how many months worth I will be paying for, so that I may budget accordingly, rather than waiting on the edge for a bill that has been ambiguous since the change of management.
