stolen dolly

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

Someone stole my dolly from my back patio not even 2 days ago. I agree with the contractors not cleaning up after themselves as there is trash ALL over my patio, plus nails sticking out of the new fence. If anyone sees a silver dolly with blue handles, please turn it in to the main office. It was stolen the day the fence was installed and I'm very mad about it...

Feedback Question for Sapphire Winter Park

Hello, I've noticed that the contractors are leaving apartments wide open after they leave for the day. Are they supposed to leave them open or are they supposed to be locked at End of Day? They have also left scrap/unused materials scattered throughout the completed and loose nails. Can we make sure they they are cleaning up after themselves? Also, they've detached the fence door to the apartment below us, but havent replaced it...

On September 7th evening, my stove has sparks. I called the maintenances team, about 10 minutes Mohammed called back and came to my unit. I really appreciate the help during a Saturday evening, he manage to help me fix the stove. Thank you so much!

BIG PROBLEM

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

Does any one know if any of the laundry places are working? Room 1 has been broken since who knows when, from the beginning of August and we are now heading into the end of September. And it looks like Sapphire doesn't care or is doing nothing about it because they don't wash there laundry here so it's not inconvenient for them.....? Does anyone know if any of the rooms are working?...

I’ve been having problems since May with the laundry rooms. It’s hit or miss on which facilities work and when. Wish they could figure this out. I’ve been in touch with Wash Lava and the leasing office regarding the issues.

It's just very inconvenient @QueenJenn31. They should invest in a new company and invest in new washers and dryers. Then the unnecessary windows/door updates. We need to wash our clothes it's a necessity.

I am moving out of my unit on Sept 10th when my lease ends. and my rent should be prorated. I am trying to pay online but it shows the full amount. I have sent emails and left voice mails without success! I need this resolved.
