Broken Sprinklers

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

There is a broken sprinkler on the side of Building 1651 that sprays large amounts of water for an hour at about 3 a.m. every day. If the residents are now paying for water, this is going to increase the amount of water usage for our building tremendously. Please make sure sprinklers are working properly before leaving them on for hours in the middle of the night, as this is extremely wasteful. Thank you.

I tried to reach you by phone to discuss the issue with the sprinkler head to determine where the issue is coming from. I sent maintenance over to your building to access the issue so that we can try to work on the best solution to repair as soon as possible.

Thank you so much Mohammed Aljanabi! He was outstanding he helped me get rid of a dead squirrel that was stinking up the property grounds. And helped me fix my oven, he told me if I called any later, using the oven might have started a fire. I'm forever grateful because my husband and I are no handman. Thank you again!!! :)...

Why are all the lights off?

So many of the outdoor lights are off at night. It's far too dark for a safe environment in many of the areas...

Good evening Moez,

I hope you are having a great evening so far! We recently switched to a RUBs system. With a RUBs system, our billing company will evaluate the water consumption of the community and the usage is then divided by building. In order to reach your apartments bill, a charge is assigned by number of occupants in each apartment. (IE an apartment with 1 occupant will pay a percent less than an apartment with 2 people, and so on.)
