Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

I will refrain from expressing everything wrong with the new staff and the changes being made, because many residents have done so already. I simply wanted to point out that we are being disrespected, neglected, and taken advantage of. From the trash fee that shouldn't exist, to the inconvenient water bill system which quite frankly, lacks any form of common sense. Every time we pose questions on here, it needs to be responded to privately. Why? Why can't the answers to the mutual question be addressed to all of us. Instead, we need to set up a phone call. That negates the purpose...

Maura, the fact that you suggested to contact him privately underlines the exact point of his concern. Nothing here is public knowledge, and nobody is on the same page. Announcements shouldn’t be the exact same thing 8 times in a row as was done with the windows, it should be information that the residents are asking about. Everything just seems like it’s a secret with everybody and that’s why I’m not interested in trying to extend my stay with the new management.

Dear Residents,

We are excited to announce that renovations are underway on our existing car ports and currently working on repairing the car ports located on Chicory Lane. Beginning tomorrow, March 08, 2019 , work will begin on car ports that are designated for parking spots #93 - #99 and #1 - #45. Work is expected to be completed by close of business on Monday, March 11, 2019.

All cars that are permitted for these parking spaces...

Our office has received several complaints from residents that unauthorized cars are parking in their designated car ports.

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

I understand an increase in rent for the new water system. However, we were never told we were going to be charged $90 for sewer, a $5 admin fee, and on top of that...a $15 trash fee??? I have been taking out MY OWN trash for the last 3 months!!! Putting it in my car, and driving it to the dumpster..absolutely unacceptable when we live in the front of the complex. What trash fee are you even talking about? I do not appreciate getting billed for something I was never made aware of. I will not pay for that.

I totally agree with you on all of this. I called recently about the sudden increase in rent and was told by the manager they can make any changes they want.... I especially don't get the trash fee, due to them removing our door side trash service and require me to drive to the dumpster everyday. I just had my windows replace and it took all day and they never even finished. I was left without blinds in all of my windows over the weekend and holes in the drywall. Good stuff.

After speaking with the leasing office, they provided no help, but just recited what they have been told to say. Maura believes that leaving a piece of paper on our porch door was suffusive enough notice (when more than half of the time, I came home to a rained on piece of paper). I have been told there is nothing they can do and we no longer have the option to go month to month. We will be contacting their corporate offices to see what we can do about our situation! I personally look forward to never referring this complex to anyone. Have a great day.

yeah took them 6 days to replace our windows and we still have gaps in our walls (work started march 11th) also they have to abide to our lease since they took over this rent change is ridiculous

Tengo que pagar mas por agua y los servicios que ustedes especifican y les recuerdo que es un apartamento de una habitacion, vivo SOLA, de lunes a viernes salgo a mi trabajo a las 6:30 am y llego de 6 a 6:30 pm. Diganme ustedes porque tengo que pagar mas por esos servicios. Es un abuso lo que estan haciendo. No es mi problema si ustedes compraron este complejo y tengan que hacer gastos extras.
Por ultimo, aumentan el alquiler y nos incomodan, yo tengo un contrato VIGENTE.

Porque aumentaron tanto el water, sewer and trash? Cuantas personas creen que viven aquí?... yo tengo un contrato que es por 15 meses que aún no se han vencido y están cobrando más de lo que pagaba lo cual está fuera de contrato... necesito explicación pero ya... me es difícil pasar por la oficina por mis turnos de trabajo... adicional uno de los baños desde que cambiaron la tubería tiene la precion baja y pequeños liqueos, más el desastre que dejan... vuelvo a recalcar que necesito orientación porque no me parece que se pasen de la renta acordada por contraro...

Paper Memos

Feedback Question for Sapphire Winter Park

Hello, for the paper memos that are distributed to each of the apartments, could you please put them on all ports of entry? I hardly ever use my back gate so I never get the memos until they are way past due or I notice trash in my back area. Even if I get the emails, I still prefer to see something for me apartment entry way so I know what is going on. Versus , ignoring my multiple emails and having a wet paper on the floor in my gate area that is at least a week past in info. Thank you and I look forward to your response.

I just left you a voicemail in regard to your response above about paper communications being left at your apartment when communicating to residents. All communications should be placed on resident front doors inside the hallways/breezeways to help cut down on papers littering the community grounds, as well as, resident patio areas or walkways. If this is not occurring, please let us know.

This is not happening for bldg 1647. We hardly use our back door and so leaving any form notices on this entry way is useless. We have requested that all notices be left on the front door (that is used daily) but it is not happening. We keep finding weeks old notices on our back entry way. Please fix this immediately.

When I accessed my acct to pay March rent I saw new total and it just says rent, water, carport. I can't seem to access an itemized statement as in previous months showing itemized billing. It used to show exactly what you were paying for each service you have. Can you please tell me how I can access this type of statement. I always pay my rent on time and want to continue but would like to see what I am paying for and how much for each service. Thank you for your attention

Also I read trash is $15 per month. When does that start and do they pick up every day? Do we put it outside our rear entry?
