Attention Sapphire Residents,

I wanted you all to be aware rent payments will no longer be accepted in the leasing office effective August 1, 2019.

Our goal is to streamline all payments to be made online and easy to handled for residents based on your business lifestyles and schedules.

We want residents to take advantage of our My.McKinley portal as it is a valuable tool for payments, feedback and work orders to be entered in a more efficient manner.

We have several payment methods for residents to use to make their monthly rent payments. Our convenient...

Water Shut Off

Dear Sapphire Winter Park Residents,

We wanted to inform you there has been a temporary water shut off throughout the Casselberry area due to a broken mainline.

The City is working diligently to complete the necessary repairs as quickly as possible but Unfortunately they can't give us a time as to when they expect the water to be restored at this time.

So, with the new system in place and the fact that we are the only ones left in the building, are we responsible for the water used by the contractors as well? It keeps coming up each month and our usage hasn't changed...

Sprinkler system

Considering it is hurricane season and it rains everyday, when do you plan on turning the sprinkler system off? There are also numerous sprinklers broken thanks to your contractors, so at this point you're wasting a lot of water along with our money. Lastly, you can include me on the list of residents who have gotten a screw in their tire thanks to your contractors!...

Thank you for the feedback on letting us know about sprinklers heads that are missing. We will make sure to have maintenance come to your building to check and see which sprinkler heads needs to be replaced and updated. We will also monitor the systems and adjust accordingly in regards to weather and upcoming weather seasons.

Rent Payment

Feedback Question for Sapphire Winter Park

Hello Jason, As per our agreement I am allowed to pay my rent on the 3rd of the month because the date I receive SSDI. However, today my rent showed the correct amount, but when I completed my payment the amount showed I owed the amount of rent plus the late fee. I did not copy my transaction after the payment was made. So, I wanted to double check with you that the payment was made and that the late fee will be deducted from my account.

I wanted to thank all residents who have already made their rent payments for July. It is not too late to make your payment to avoid an additional charges that will be added to your monthly rent.

The Sapphire Winter Park Leasing Office has re-located to 1699 North Semoran Circle which faces Howell Branch Road.

Reminder that rent payments are due at the beginning of each month and not able to honor rent payment extension. Rent payments are due as discussed in the terms of your lease agreement.

I wanted to remind all residents that your July Rent Payment will be due on July 1, 2019. The Sapphire Winter Park Leasing Office has re-located to 1699 North Semoran Circle which faces Howell Branch Road.
