Water will be shut off

Announcement for Sapphire Winter Park

Dear Sapphire Winter Park Residents,

Due to an unforeseen emergency water has been shut off for buildings 2471,1639,1643. Our Maintenance team is actively working on resolving this matter as quickly as possible. Water is expected to be back on in an hour. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Why are all the lights off?

So many of the outdoor lights are off at night. It's far too dark for a safe environment in many of the areas...

Hi, I was wondering when we should be expecting our statement for our water bill, seeing as how it is no longer included in rent. The last update on this was over a week ago.

Good evening Moez,

I hope you are having a great evening so far! We recently switched to a RUBs system. With a RUBs system, our billing company will evaluate the water consumption of the community and the usage is then divided by building. In order to reach your apartments bill, a charge is assigned by number of occupants in each apartment. (IE an apartment with 1 occupant will pay a percent less than an apartment with 2 people, and so on.) Happy New Year! I hope that your evening is going well. Thank you to all residents that have made their rent payment. Remember that all Sapphire residents have until the end of the day on January 3rd to make their rent payments to avoid from being past due.

Please make sure to retrieve your resident ID so that you are able to make your rent payment....

Water Sewage Etc

Need more information regarding the utilities. Wasn't informed anywhere regarding this change and also saw that there was a charge for $15.00 storage which I don't have. Was also informed by the previous company that I would be credited $10.00 for my monthly rental insurance which was provided by them but d/c due to management change. Assuming the $15.00 is supposed to be the pet fee?...

You guys just took over Avesta at Winter Park (now Sapphire Winter Park) and mentioned water and sewage is not a flat fee now. You did not provide any info on where to pay the utility since it was not charged on our rent. I don't want to be late on a bill...
