Feedback Question for Sapphire Winter Park

I paid my rent, didn't know about water bill. what do I need to do? will you reimburse me and where do I pay my water bill. Please let me know ASAP...

Water bill

Feedback Question for Sapphire Winter Park

You guys just took over Avesta at Winter Park (now Sapphire Winter Park) and mentioned water and sewage is not a flat fee now. You did not provide any info on where to pay the utility since it was not charged on our rent. I don't want to be late on a bill...

Half the rent comes Frome s.s. check. Payment has to be done on the 3rd of each month.

Changes to Utility cost

Will the new water plan result in an increased charge for water? During your Company's due diligence you already know the total amount that is spent for water each year. What will be the amount for 2 bedroom apartment for 1 occupant? You should be able to answer this question at the present time...

We are aware that residents would like to know a total of what they will owe each month, but do not want to guess at an estimate of the total you will owe each month at this time as itwill not be correct representation of what your monthly statement. Once the statement is received, if there are questions, then we can review on an individual basis.

We are so excited to join your community and I wanted to take a moment to inform you of some upcoming changes that will be happening in the next few weeks. These changes come in our efforts to create the best quality of life for our residents.

I hope that you and your family had a wonderful holiday. With the exclusion of valet trash, the rates will be adjusted accordingly. It is our goal to make sure that all changes that are taking places at Sapphire are communicated to residents in enough time to prepare monthly budgets. Once the adjustments have been made, we will make sure that each resident is made aware of the updates and changes.

Sapphire Management Office Holiday Hours

Dear Sapphire residents,

I hope everyone is enjoying their week so far! I wanted to inform our residents of our office hours during the holiday season. On Monday December 24th and Tuesday December 25th our leasing office will be closed, we will return on Wednesday the 26th from
10am to 7pm.

We want to make sure everyone has picked up any packages delivered to the office before the end of day today, 12/21/18, so that our residents have them prior to the holiday as the office will be closed on Saturday and Sunday.
