I wanted to remind all residents that your August Rent Payment will be due on August 1, 2019. The Sapphire Winter Park Leasing Office has re-located to 1699 North Semoran Circle which faces Howell Branch Road.

Please remember that we are no longer accepting any payments in the leasing office effective August 1, 2019.

Our goal is to streamline all payments to be made online and easy to handled for residents.

Residents need to take advantage of our My.McKinley portal as it is a valuable tool for payments, feedback and work...

STILL NO LIGHTS outside apartment

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

I've complained about this for 3 weeks. I have NO lights outside my front door to my apartment. the hallway is completely dark. there is a water leak above my shower- that has not been fixed. (supposedly it was, however it was painted-which didnt even match, and now you can see it leaking again) It is very hard getting into my apartment during the day time- because of a lack of light in the hallway- but at night it's just unsafe and a hazard. For what you charge in rent- I expected a much higher level of maintenance and attention to detail- that what is currently shown. you replaced...

Maura, it was a pleasure dealing with you directly. Now , just as promised the very next day we have lights outside, all over. Much better, and microwave is fixed as well. Thanks so much. I have no idea why it took so long, but grateful nonetheless. Above my shower still appears to be getting worse, and if we could just get the guys when they mow to mow the dog park. The grass /weeds in it/around it are so high....

Water Shut Off

Dear Sapphire Winter Park Residents,

We wanted to inform you there has been a temporary water shut off throughout the Casselberry area due to a broken mainline.

The City is working diligently to complete the necessary repairs as quickly as possible but Unfortunately they can't give us a time as to when they expect the water to be restored at this time.

So, with the new system in place and the fact that we are the only ones left in the building, are we responsible for the water used by the contractors as well? It keeps coming up each month and our usage hasn't changed...
