Any news on the laundry Maura? I was told by you that it would get fix or we would be told something in next couple of days but still nothing after two weeks. Seems like it's just keeps getting push back and back into the forgetting files. Your words below. "We will be posting more information regarding the installation of the new machines within the next couple of days once we have more information Sincerely, Maura"...

I hope this message finds you well! I apologize for the delay in my response. We have changed service providers and Washlava is set to remove their equipment today.. Coinmach, our new service provider, will be installing brand new equipment tomorrow.

WHY ARE THE SPINKLERS ON?

Why are the spinklers on at 11am and 12pm?! Why?! Why do I have to come home and get sewer water throwed in my face?! Why can't they be on, oh you know normal time, around 2am and so on when PEOPLE ARE SLEEPING! God this community and all its choices is driving my last nerve!...

With all of our new landscape being placed throughout our property we have been testing out our irrigation systems throughout to ensure they are working properly .Once our new landscape is complete we will be adjusting the timers on our sprinklers. Emergency Water Shut off

Dear Residents in buildings 1675,1679 and 1719, Please be advised we have technicians on site to repair an emergency main water valve break in your buildings. They are working as quickly as possible to repair this issue but will need to turn off the water in your building for an estimated time frame of 45 minutes to 1 hour. We will ensure they work to correct this as quickly as possible and appreciate everyone's patience and understanding! We will advise everyone once the water is restored. After submitting a work order, he came by the apartment and promptly addressed all of my issues with a smile on his face. He went above and beyond to even fix issues with my paint leftover from drywall repair! I truly appreciate such amazing service!!!...

Light and Water Issues

For a couple weeks there's been no light outside of the apartment building nor inside the hallways. Theres also been water coming out of the pipes outside the building going everywhere. Its frustrating to come home not being able to see while going inside the building and getting wet at the same time...

BIG PROBLEM LAUNDRY

So I finally get someone to pick up the phone. I believe I spoke to Stephanie she directly told me "it was not there problem, its washlava". So no one is going to do nothing about the laundry seems like. I've called washlava multiple times with no luck of ever getting it fixed. That's why I toke it to Sapphire and they said it wasn't there problem!? They should take it off the website as an amenity if "it's not there problem."...

Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention, I sincerely apologize for the issues that you have experienced with the laundry centers and understand how frustrating this must be. We have been in contact with the company who services the laundry facilities for us and we are in the process of changing providers due to their lack of response to our service requests. 

We will be posting more information regarding the installation of the new machines within the next couple of days once we have more information.

Communication regarding the laundry issues have been lackluster. When can we expect an update on new machines? While I appreciate you are trying to solve these issues, it’s been ongoing since May and many of us have been growing more and more frustrated. I suppose I will need to find a dependable laundromat as I can no longer rely on the complex “amenities”

Maura, is there any new information regarding the laundry facilities? It is becoming a hassle to travel to nearby laundromats to do laundry weekly, and not only that it costs twice as much, if not more, to do the same amount of laundry.

Door Issues

1. The sliding doors on the closest in the hallway and two of the bedrooms are not working properly. They have been falling off the hinges since I moved in. I have had a couple of the workers put them back in place, but to no avail. 2. The socket in the dining area, the one closest to the hallway is not work. I previously reported that there are other sockets that do not work properly. 3. The shower handle and the rod keep falling off in the master bedroom shower. 4. I have a problem with baby lizards getting into the house. I can't seem to figure out where they are coming from. One of...

stolen dolly

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

Someone stole my dolly from my back patio not even 2 days ago. I agree with the contractors not cleaning up after themselves as there is trash ALL over my patio, plus nails sticking out of the new fence. If anyone sees a silver dolly with blue handles, please turn it in to the main office. It was stolen the day the fence was installed and I'm very mad about it...
