Good Afternoon Sapphire Residents,

I wanted to remind all residents that your July Rent Payment will be due on July 1, 2019. The Sapphire Winter Park Leasing Office has re-located to 1699 North Semoran Circle which faces Howell Branch Road.

Reminder that rent payments are due at the beginning of each month and not able to honor rent payment extension. Rent payments are due as discussed in the terms of your lease agreement.

Rent statements are reflecting the utilities of water, waster/sewer and trash . The charges will reflect the date of the billing cycle next to...

Feedback Praise for Sapphire Winter Park

I just want to let whoever reads this. Mohammed was great at not just fixing our problem in our apartment but he was polite, attentive, as well as understanding and even cleaned up after himself. He is and has been the best maintenance personal that we have had since we have lived here. He is definitely someone that does not just his job very well but also very nice to us as tenants.

Laundry

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

What is the situation with the laundry?! This is too large of a complex for so many laundry facilities to be down. Laundry room 4 has no working dryers, which I’ve complained about for almost a month, and now all of laundry 3 room is out of order. Please fix this issue ASAP. It’s a huge inconvenience to have to travel all over property trying to find working machines.

Good Evening Jennifer,

I wanted to let you know that we have reached out to the company that services all of our equipment to let them know that repairs need to be made. I know that it is an inconvenience when you are trying to perform your day to day tasks and you do not have the proper things you need to perform. We will continue to reach out to them to make sure that all laundry centers are operational and in good working condition for all residents. 

Please continue to keep us informed off these issues so that we can have all stay on top of making sure that the laundry is in working condition. If you need anything else, please let us know and we will make sure to assist in anyway that we can.

Recent water problem

Due to careless contractors the water in my building was shut off. As an infirm person this utility is essential. Your emergency maintenance person solved the issue quickly.

Utilities

Feedback Question for Sapphire Winter Park

I have a question. When I signed my contract it states that I pay an amount for utilities. Since new management came in, you guys have been robbing everyone making them pay extra for utilities. But I will look into this, I’m fed up with the contract saying one thing and you guys charging another. I understand it’s a new rub system but it’s just not adding up.

No water

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

I came back to the apartment about 4:30 on Friday. About 7 I went to turn on the kitchen and guess what, no water. I filed a maintenance request. About 10 I called the emergency number. Your maintenance man came and said that the water in the building was turned off. Assuming mgmt didn't turn off the water I'd say you had some incompetent contractors around...

Window repairs

Feedback Problem for Sapphire Winter Park

My windows were replaced on 5/24. They left a 1’x1’ hole in the large window sill in the only bathroom we have, there is damaged and unpainted drywall, the sealant has gaps and is incomplete, and is allowing pests in and messing with our A/C. I’ve been trying to get this fixed for over a week now.
