We have been informed that Airewire has been acquired by ComCloud. ComCloud will be moving their Customer Support away from the foreign call center model that Airewire used, and will be supporting resident issues from a call center in South Carolina by the first week of June.
ComCloud has already updated the Resident landing pages, and will be updating the Resident Quick Start guide for each site asap. In the meantime, here is a recap of the new contact info:
For Residents: To report problems with service, contact Comcloud Customer Service Center at (855) 277-2211 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and a help desk ticket will automatically created to track the issue.
