In preperation for the upcoming, long holiday weekend we have completed inspections on all grilling stations and fire pits. We have also checked all propane tanks to ensure that they are full. We hope everyone enjoys some barbeque over this long, warm holiday weekend!

In preperation for the upcoming Christmas holiday I wanted to give you our adjusted office hours. The office will close today, December 22 at 6:00 pm and will remain closed through Christmas, December 25th. Our office will re-open on Tuesday, December 27th and resume normal business hours.
As always, we will have a tech on call for the holidays, so don’t hesitate to contact us should you have a maintenance emergency. You can call the office at 813-304-2776 and then follow the prompts to be transferred to the maintenance person on call.
I had a package accidentally delivered to the new mail boxes, but my key doesn't work on those. I then noticed that the delivery person actually placed it below the mailboxes and sent me a picture. I went to check and the package is gone. Did anyone pick this up? Also, they usually deliver to my door since I'm near the street, but I can see their confusion with all the mailboxes around. Are we switching soon? Thanks...

I am not sure what it would take for this process, but is there a way to generate an address for the Platt side units? I've had multiple packages delivered to the front units on New Jersey Ave., since that is my technical address. On top of that, even something as simple as providing someone an address to get to my place does not lead them to the Platt parking or entrance. Lastly, I am not sure I am receiving mail properly (to the mailbox). Is there anything that can be done to remedy this? Certainly not trying to complain, but it would be great if we could come up with a solution. Thank...

First, beautiful landscaping, fire pit, star gazing chairs and elevated herb garden. Lovely. Now, what, oh what, can we do, here at Willow Flats, to get washers that work consistently, reliably? What will it take to believe US rather than a GE rep or whomever keeps giving these things a thumbs up? They are absolutely unreliable. When they make it to a spin cycle which is very often reached sans water in the tank and/or the sound of agitation sans actual movement inside the tank, they travel around the laundry room as if trying to make a break for it. Monday night I contacted the after hours number about the gate code on the Gomez side of the complex. I was given 3002 which is what my son said it was but it did not work. So I tried the gate on the Platt side and that code worked. I called back to the after hours number to let him know what I had found out. He then said he thought on the Gomez side it maybe 0301 but that did not work. Please let me know what the correct gate code for the Gomez side. Thanks Pennie Friend
