Starting this week we are officially switching pest control providers! Previously, we were with Massey, but in order to serve you all to the best of our abilities, we have chosen to switch providers. We will now be working closely with Florida Pest Control for any and all pest related related issues. Along with this change in provider will be a change in service dates. Previously we had a Friday service date, but with Florida Pest we will have a Wednesday service date. If there are any questions or concerns you are more than welcome to give the office a call...

Exciting News!! As some of you may have noticed, the beautiful new mailboxes are completed and mail will now be delivered to the new box starting today. Your new mailbox will have a new key and number. Maintenance is on property now, if you are home they will personally deliver your new key and let you know your mailbox number. If you are not home we will reach out to you individually and we will have the keys for you to pick up at our office located at:
I may be getting ahead of myself but I noticed the old mail boxes were taken down and I was expecting something from Friday. I'm assuming all old mail was moved over but my Old keys don't fit in the new box. Thanks...
I keep losing my packages around here, and I think it's time to get some real numbering on the doors. There are 3 "A" apartments and 3 "B" apartments just on the Willow flats (grill side). All delivery drivers and even the mailmen seem to not be able to find the units accordingly. I say we get the entire street number to be put on our doors; not just the letter off to the side. Example, someone in apartment A in 301 would get "301 A" on their door. The little front side numbers are too thin and hard to see as well. The drivers have no clue and mis-deliver...
It is unacceptable that an entire month has gone by an Jessie has not been able to resolve my issues with an inability to establish an account with TECO. This is my final reach out. If someone does not contact me next week with a resolution, it will be escalated. Completely unacceptable and lack of processionalism.

This is a friendly reminder that rent for February is due tomorrow. Luckily, there are several ways to make a rent payment!
Here are your payment options:
1. Personal check, certified checks and money orders can be brought to the leasing office at Schoolhouse Flats located at 404 S Newport Avenue. If you cannot make it during business hours, please utilize the drop box.
2. Auto pay- You can set up automatic withdrawal online at my.mckinley.com to help ensure that your rental payment is made by the 1st of each month!
