I just wanted to provide some friendly reminders regarding dog etiquette that will benefit not only our residents but your fur babies as well!
We ask that all dog owners please follow the below policies regarding their pets to better improve your community experience:
1) Pick up after your pet's waste and dispose of it properly. A pet waste station has been installed in the community to assist with easy pickup. Please do not permit your pet to defecate our Bocce Ball court.

It has been brought to management’s attention that some residents have not registered their vehicles with the leasing office and need a parking permit decal. Please know that the parking lot is for leaseholder vehicle parking only.
IMPORTANT: Your vehicle must be registered at the leasing office and you must have a valid parking permit visible on your vehicle in order to park in the parking lot.

Today is the last day to pay rent without a late fee!
As a reminder, a $100 late fee will be billed on the 3rd of the month for all accounts with a balance due. If you have not done so already please submit your payment online via my.mckinley or bring your payment by the leasing office at Schoolhouse Flats. This is just a friendly reminder that rent is due on the 1st of the month and considered late on the 3rd. On the 3rd all accounts that have a balance due will be charged a late fee of $100 and an additional late fee of $50 is charged on the 10th of the month.

Hello, I was wondering why the courtyard lights on the New Jersey side of the building are never turned on at night while the ones on the other side of the complex are. It is extremely dark outside, especially on the stairs and I was wondering if these could be fixed so that they turn on at night.

Many of you have received your September billing statements. For the residents that have lease expirations in September and will be moving out, these statements will not reflect the pro-rated rent amount that will be due on September 1st.
Additionally, our system is not able to prorate rent until after the move-out has been processed. If you have auto-pay setup for the month of September, it is highly recommended that you cancel your auto payment as it will not prorate your rent and the full rent balance due reflected on the account will be drafted.
