Announcement for Multiple Communities

Dear Residents,

The Gasparilla festivities will begin in just a few days! We wanted to announce preparations and reinforce our rules at your community to provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

We will have Tampa Police on duty for the weekend at several of our communities in the Tampa portfolio. They will be working closely along side of our security company to make sure everyone is safe and following the rules. Feedback Question for Willow Flats

Thank you for following through on the investigation however, I see this unit is being charged $110 for February. How is that posible? There is no dishwasher, no washing machine and just 2 occupants. Is this billing per occupant? May through Nov. '17 the average was $48. In Dec the same services cost $95, January $132. Please explain...

Feedback Question for Willow Flats

Hello, Just have a few questions, wasn't sure where to ask them but this seems like a good place. 1. How do people hang heavier objects (Mirrors, Shelves) In their apartments on the concrete walls? We've tried command strips but it doesn't handle much weight and I am unsure if we can/should drill. 2. I have a brand new fridge in my apartment. Is the ice machine supposed to work or does it need a water source. Thanks for your answers...

Unauthorized entry

Feedback Problem for Willow Flats

Twice in the past week I have come home from being out of town and my lights were on in my apt. No one is authorized to enter without my approval. The first incident was likely based on the scheduled inspection last week. However, I would like an explanation for why my apt would have been entered Jan 8-11. Also, as to why my lights were left (when I have to pay electricity.) If there is no documentation of maintenance/management being inside, I would like my locks changed.

I did re read the inspection letter than indicated two inspection dates, so I apologize for the confusion in my previous comment, but I would appreciate it if my lights are turned off upon exiting.

Regarding Water, Sewer, Trash for Jan. '18

Feedback Question for Willow Flats

Unfortunately, the co-occupant paid the Jan. charges. Water, Sewer, Trash charges have risen from $46 to $134, as you know, for this unit. My understanding is this was being investigated and we were to pay the average cost, not including Jan. I look forward to finding out how theses costs have risen so very much and with no advance notice.

Water bill utilities through NWP is higher than even electric that I pay on my own directly! What is this nonsense?

It's not just me, but multiple tenants at willow flats who have suddenly been billed higher than normal water/sewage/trash service. I noticed a steady increase from ~$40, to now $80+. My usage has not changed, but I feel like I'm subsidizing someone, and your utility billing company is over billing on purpose. You need to look into the billing for ALL residents here and not just one person. We've asked before, and I'm not seeing any results. Don't force me to take action on something trivial as this...

I just left you a message to discuss this with you further, I am sorry that I missed you. I do apologize, we have reached out to our billing company to determine why this increase has occured and are working dilligently to resolve. Feedback Question for Willow Flats

First, the gentleman who sanitized the air vents did really excellent work. Thank you. Second, as advised, I have taken the average of past utility charges, not inlcuding January's $134. I did onclude December's $94. The average is $55. I've paid my share and notified the other occupant. Please advise when this has been resolved. Third, Happy New Year :)...

As we prepare to welcome 2018, I wanted to remind you that your January 2018 rent payment is due on or before Monday, January 1, 2018. Please make the necessary arrangements to make your rent payment. Since the first of the month falls on a Monday and our leasing office will be closed in observance of the New Year’s holiday, please place your payments in the drop box.

We want to make sure your rent is paid on time to avoid any late fees being applied to your account. Paying rent on time can allow you to use the additional $150.00 in late fees towards those...

The leasing office will be open during regular business hours from 10am to 6pm today.The office will then remain closed on Saturday, Sunday and New Year’s Day.
