As reported two days ago, one of our lovely new washing machines has already broken but of course, is accepting payments. I am not persnickety enough to ask for a 2.25 refund, but the least that could be done is get it fixed in a more timely manner. It is the weekend and most people are wanting to do laundry but we are down to one machine to share among all of us. It was bad enough that the machines were replaced in the first place but not after even 1 full week of use we're already down to one? This is NOT acceptable.
