I just wanted to reach out to everyone in regards to the recent issues with trash pick up. I know it has been a fairly large inconvenience recently with the dumpsters not being empty, however, our efforts to connect with the city of Tampa in getting the issue resolved seem to be paying off! Within the next 24 hours all communities that have not had their garbage collected should have the dumpsters emptied by the city! There is only one recycling bin for a community with 20+ residents. I've been in smaller communities with eight times the amount of bins provided here. Having to either wait for the bin to maybe be emptied once a week or drive my recycling to a different location is really annoying. It would be nice if at least one or two more could be provided...
We are excited to announce a new online rent payment system called PayLease! We believe this system is more reliable, easier to use, and offers more options for you to pay your rent. We hope this message finds you well! We wanted to send out a friendly reminder regarding our parking policy. We have noticed an influx of non-residents parking in the designated parking areas. We do require a parking pass to be able to park in the designated parking lot and to also make sure that all residents have space when they come home.

Good Afternoon Residents,
For tomorrow only, 9/14/2018, we will have restricted leasing office hours. We will be closed for lunch between 12pm and 1pm. Our after hours line along with emergency maintenance will be available should any emergencies arise. All other inquiries we will address promptly after 1pm.
I wanted to take a moment to update everyone on our plans for the common mailbox areas. We are aware that some of your mail has been getting a little damp due to the rain lately. We have partnered with a vendor to extend the roof line of the mailboxes to cover them better and to stop the rain from getting your items damp. This will be taking place in the next 7 days.
