Feedback Question for Westshore Flats II

I received in my E-Mail a receipt for my recurring payment for the September charge yesterday, but it hasn't been taken out of my bank and I haven't had the charge taken off on my resident portal. What do I need to do?

Hello Joseph, 

That's a great question! If you have received an email confirmation that the payment has been submitted then you are just fine. It tends to take 3-5 business days for payments to process and with the holiday weekend passing it may take longer than expected while banks are closed.

If you receive a notice regarding any past due payments you can email me directly at and I will look a little further into your concerns. I hope this helps!
