There's a huge fire ant problem at Westwood Flats 2. Every time I go to take my dog out we get attacked by fire ants and I'm not really sure what to do about it. Today when I took my dog out, I looked down and my legs recovered with fire ants. I ran over to my dog to see if she had any on her, and her legs and belly were covered in ants too. Many of you have received your August billing statements. For the residents that have lease expirations in August and will be moving out, these statements will not reflect the pro-rated rent amount that will be due on August 1st.
Additionally, our system is not able to prorate rent until after the move-out has been processed. If you have auto-pay setup for the month of August, it is highly recommended that you cancel your auto payment as it will not prorate your rent and the full rent balance due reflected on the account will be drafted. The leasing office located at our Arbor Flats location will be closed on Thursday, 7/4/19 in observance of Indepenednce Day! We will reopen for normal business hours on Friday, 7/5/19 at 10:00 am. Emergency maintenance will still be available during this time should anything arise.

This is getting out of hand with the amount of termites and now to come home and step on their droppings barefoot is on another level. I am pretty sure if your insurance company saw the extent of this problem, they would get this fixed immediately. This is a major health hazard on top of what is structurally happening could make this complex a huge liability,.
Since the people below me moved out, I’ve had cockroaches EVERYWHERE. Cockroaches on my ceiling, my walls, my kitchen counter. EVERY WHERE. exterminator has came 1 out of 4 times. And I requested again on Monday. It’s getting worse and worse, it’s seriously disgusting.
Our AC went out 3 days ago. Since then it has been “fixed” twice. Now, their solution has been to provide us with two room ac units that are 1) not doing anything, and 2)going to blow our power bill out the roof. Not surprised we don’t want to stay another year. Getting out ASAP.
