A scheduled PayLease maintenance update is scheduled on October 27th from 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM. The PayLease website, payments application, and integrations will be unavailable during this time, and residents will be unable to make a payment . There is no action you need to take. Pressure Washing, Paint, and Cleaning! Oh My!

Your concerns are being heard! As you may have noticed, the maintenance technicians have started to pressure-wash all of the communities as well as paint the communities. We have received a few recommendations to spruce up the grounds and our amazing maintenance team has started to pressure-wash and paint. We are also working to restock and provide the tools and equipment in the community amenity areas. With that being said, please be mindful of wet paint when leaving and entering your apartment home. Can you have the landscapers come out, we are on week 3 and the lawn has not been cut. My neighbor had a little get together over the weekend and I was embarrassed for the family about the lawn.

The landscapers should have already cut the lawn, I wonder if this is an area they may be missing. I gave you a call and left a voicemail to find out a little more information. 2 bikes with issues.

Feedback Problem for Westshore Flats II

Hello, I started off with an older bike. The front tire kept going flat. I changed the tube twice. I chalked it off to it being an old bike. I bought a brand new bike. It was fine for a little while, but for some reason today, both tires were low. I pumped them up and went on my way. After a few hours, the tires were flat and unable to be pumped up. I walked 2 miles home. I don't know why I am being targeted and my bikes being vandalized. Next, It will be my car. I thought this was a safe place to live. What can be done? Thanks, John...

Hi John, 

I can see how that can be frustrating and hope we are able to find out more information on why this could be happening. If there was a police or incident report filed, can you please send a copy to me at Brittany.McLendon@Mckinley.com? It's a complex situation and difficult to penalize someone if we cannot identify them. However, if you find out more information or believe you may know who or what is causing your tires to be flat I would love to know more information. Tried to pay rent online, as always - it has bloced me from doing so because of -too many 'nonsufficient funds marks' on my account. I have ALWAYS paid in time, and in full. You obviously have me confused with another tenant. Have a person in senior management call me tomorrow at my place of employment. DO NOT charge me a late fee, this is your error, and not the first one this week. Thank you...

Hi Debbie!

I received your note with your payment this morning. As discussed, I have sent your account over to our IT department and am awaiting a response. The error you mentioned of too many "non-sufficient funds marks" is a common error received and does not directly relate to your payment history as this was an error for your account. You should have access to paying rent the following month. As I mentioned, this was an internal error that I am working on. I apologize for the inconvenience and recommend you email me with any questions regarding late fees or any further concerns.

This is just a friendly reminder that rent is due today, October 01, 2019. There is a grace period through the 2nd and rent is officially late with a $100 late fee on October 3rd, 2019. If any outstanding balances over $100 are present on the 11th of the month there is an additional $50 late fee that applies. Smoke-Free Community

Recently we have received a few concerns regarding residents and their guests smoking in the community. I just wanted to send a friendly reminder that our properties here in the Tampa Bay Area are smoke-free communities and it is important that we abide by these policies:

1. This is designated a smoke-free community. Smoking is absolutely prohibited in all buildings and common areas, public and private spaces, including, but not limited to, apartment units, building hallways, laundry rooms, storage areas, vestibules, offices, parking lots, drives, sidewalks...

I received in my E-Mail a receipt for my recurring payment for the September charge yesterday, but it hasn't been taken out of my bank and I haven't had the charge taken off on my resident portal. What do I need to do?...

Hello Joseph, 

That's a great question! If you have received an email confirmation that the payment has been submitted then you are just fine. It tends to take 3-5 business days for payments to process and with the holiday weekend passing it may take longer than expected while banks are closed.

If you receive a notice regarding any past due payments you can email me directly at Brittany.McLendon@McKinley.com and I will look a little further into your concerns. I hope this helps!
