Emergency Water Shut Off

Dear Residents,

At this time the property is experiencing a maintenance issue that has required us to do an emergency water shut off to the entire property. The water is expected to be turned off for approximately 2 hours to make the necessary repairs. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Due to an emergency maintenance repair the water had to be turned off to the community for a period of time. I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.

TECO Power Outage to Arbor Flats Community

Announcement for Multiple Communities

Dear Residents,

The Arbor Flats Community and leasing office has lost power. TECO is currently aware and are working to restore the power as quickly as possible. They have an estimated restoration time of 5:15 PM. We will keep you posted if we get any additional news in the meantime. If you need immediate assistance, please reach out to our sister Community, Palma Ceia, at 813-514-6800.

Lease Renewal

Feedback Problem for Westshore Flats II

If anyone else has a lease renewal that is coming up and they are stating it will be an increase to renewal. The TOWN WESTSHORE APARTMENTS located right behind WestShore Flats has pricing for cheaper for brand new amenities.

Is anyone else having A/C problems? Mine keeps going up to 85 which is absorb. This place is already outdated enough. I don't want to come home to my place smelling of mold...

I know Nate was able to come out this weekend for your AC. We have contracted an AC company to come out to make any necessary repairs to ensure this is fixed for you completely. They are waiting on a part and hope to have this restored as quickly as possible for you. The portable AC shouldn't be in your home for much longer. Please do not hesitate to reach out with anything you may need in the meantime.

Dog poop Everywhere!

It’s getting disgusting that people are not cleaning up after there dogs ! There is literally poop everywhere! I don’t even want to walk my dog out because it’s literally disgusting! For as much as we pay and everything else this is absolutely disgusting!

I appreciate the pride that you take in the community. It is very frustrating when pet owners do not pick up after their pets. I ensure that my maintenance technicians spent time on property yesterday trying to remove as much of the pet waste as possible. Please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know if you witness someone not picking up after their pet so we can attempt to address in real time and hopefully help reduce this moving forward.

Mailbox Update

Good afternoon Westshore Flats!

I wanted to give you the update that the post office has completed the swapping over of the mailboxes. We will be removing the old mailboxes this week as well. Many of you have not stopped by the office to pick up your new keys. So I encourage you to do so, in order to avoid any delay in receiving your mail.

Updated Leasing Office Hours

Good morning!

We have updated our leasing office hours and will be closing the leasing office on Saturdays. Our normal bushiness hours will be Monday thru Friday from 10AM - 6PM. Our emergency maintenance team will still be available 24 hours a day for any emergencies that need to be attended to.

The new boxes have already been installed. We were just waiting for the post office t switch over the mail service to the new boxes. I am awaiting confirmation that they have completed the switch and I will make sure to let you all know. Please stop by the leasing office at Arbor Flats if you have not already and pick up your new mailbox key.
