It’s getting disgusting that people are not cleaning up after there dogs ! There is literally poop everywhere! I don’t even want to walk my dog out because it’s literally disgusting! For as much as we pay and everything else this is absolutely disgusting!
I appreciate the pride that you take in the community. It is very frustrating when pet owners do not pick up after their pets. I ensure that my maintenance technicians spent time on property yesterday trying to remove as much of the pet waste as possible. Please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know if you witness someone not picking up after their pet so we can attempt to address in real time and hopefully help reduce this moving forward.

I wanted to give you the update that the post office has completed the swapping over of the mailboxes. We will be removing the old mailboxes this week as well. Many of you have not stopped by the office to pick up your new keys. So I encourage you to do so, in order to avoid any delay in receiving your mail.

We have updated our leasing office hours and will be closing the leasing office on Saturdays. Our normal bushiness hours will be Monday thru Friday from 10AM - 6PM. Our emergency maintenance team will still be available 24 hours a day for any emergencies that need to be attended to.

The new boxes have already been installed. We were just waiting for the post office t switch over the mail service to the new boxes. I am awaiting confirmation that they have completed the switch and I will make sure to let you all know. You have until midnight on the second to submit your payment. Any payments received after midnight are considered late. Thats no problem! The office doesnt close until 6 pm on Friday and we just ask that your key is picked up before then! Feel free to reach out to me if you feel you will not be able to be at the office before 6 pm on friday (2/1) and we can work something out!
The leasing office located at our Arbor Flats location will be closed this Saturday, 1/26/19. We will reopen for normal business hours on Monday, 1/28/19 at 10:00 am. Emergency maintenance will still be available during this time shall anything anything arise.

I truly love living in this complex but it is extremely frustrating when rent fluctuates every single month with the cost of trash/sewer. Everywhere I’ve rented from before had a solid standard fee, but here, every month it changes and gets more expensive each month. Every time I try to ask someone about it, it gets swept under the rug and not ancknowledged. Super irritating.
I'm glad that you love it here but am sorry that the utility billing frustrates you. Trash is a flat $25 fee and water and sewer does fluctuate per building usage. It uses a calculation that divides the cost up between units and occupancy. Someone that has 2 people living in the apartment will pay more than someone who just has themselves on the lease. It shouldn't fluctuate drastically from month to month but if for some reason it does, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly to look it over. Hopefully that helps. Thank you for reaching out to us on this matter. We absolutely had looked into adding a gym to the westshore flats 2 community, but as of now we are no longer considering this project. That being said, all westshore flats residents are able to make use of the gym at westshore flats 1, the community closer to the Gandy bridge.
