We wanted to send you a notification that we had to shut off the water while we make repairs to the mainline. During an inspection of the building we noticed a odor in the hallways. We called our plumbing vendor, Advanced Plumbing, and they came out to find a leak in the mainline.
We are working now to repair it and the water will need to remain off until all repairs have been made. This could take a couple of hours. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and we are working to get your water restored quickly.

Parking has become increasingly difficult during nights and weekends. The lot is full, and the street is as well. There are numerous cars parked in the lot without a decal. Is this temporary or do I need to make other arrangements? Thank you.

I wanted to take the time to update everyone on the status of your front secured entry. A1 Gate and Fence company were able to get us a quote to repair the access panel. It seems that the motherboard was no longer operational. We have placed the order and it will be repaired next week. Once this has been repaired you will then need to use your code to access the entry and guest will need to use the proper instructions to contact you for access.

Please provide me with the number of someone who will actually assist me. There is 0 security in this building; as advertised we were to have a building code active after office hours. There was a shooting two blocks away last night on Swann and S Willow. If these are not activated ASAP I will file a lawsuit with the help of a lawyer I know in Clearwater, as this feature was falsely advertised. We are excited to announce a new online rent payment system called PayLease! We believe this system is more reliable, easier to use, and offers more options for you to pay your rent. The new system will be online on Wednesday, September 26, 2018. With this letter, and the accompanying flyers, we hope to provide an easy transition, as well as answer some common questions. We hope this message finds you well! We wanted to send out a friendly reminder regarding our parking policy. We have noticed an influx of non-residents parking in the designated parking areas. We do require a parking pass to be able to park in the designated parking lot and to also make sure that all residents have space when they come home.

For tomorrow only, 9/14/2018, we will have restricted leasing office hours. We will be closed for lunch between 12pm and 1pm. Our after hours line along with emergency maintenance will be available should any emergencies arise. All other inquiries we will address promptly after 1pm.
