Good afternoon all!
I just wanted to reach out to everyone in regards to the recent issues with trash pick up. I know it has been a fairly large inconvenience recently with the dumpsters not being empty, however, our efforts to connect with the city of Tampa in getting the issue resolved seem to be paying off! Within the next 24 hours all communities that have not had their garbage collected should have the dumpsters emptied by the city! I know that several of you were impacted by the sewage back up in the community and we would like to follow up with you if this is the case to ensure that all cleaning and work has been completed. I have been locked out of the building ever since the lock box has been installed and activated. While I am happy to finally have these extra security measure, I have called SO many times, left a number of messages, and have received no respouse. I was never given a gate code upon move in, I called a month ago and Russ informed me he would email me with it once he knew the code. That never happened. We wanted to send you a notification that we had to shut off the water while we make repairs to the mainline. During an inspection of the building we noticed a odor in the hallways. We called our plumbing vendor, Advanced Plumbing, and they came out to find a leak in the mainline.
We are working now to repair it and the water will need to remain off until all repairs have been made. This could take a couple of hours. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and we are working to get your water restored quickly.

Parking has become increasingly difficult during nights and weekends. The lot is full, and the street is as well. There are numerous cars parked in the lot without a decal. Is this temporary or do I need to make other arrangements? Thank you.

I wanted to take the time to update everyone on the status of your front secured entry. A1 Gate and Fence company were able to get us a quote to repair the access panel. It seems that the motherboard was no longer operational. We have placed the order and it will be repaired next week. Once this has been repaired you will then need to use your code to access the entry and guest will need to use the proper instructions to contact you for access.
