Dear Residents,

It has been brought to management’s attention that some residents have not registered their vehicles with the leasing office and need a parking permit decal. Please know that the parking lot is for leaseholder vehicle parking only.

IMPORTANT: Your vehicle must be registered at the leasing office and you must have a valid parking permit visible on your vehicle in order to park in the parking lot.

Feedback Question for Schoolhouse Flats

Hi there, is it possible in order to make parking more efficient and available for everyone, to assign everyone their own space, like with a number or letter on each parking stump that way there will always be a space available for each tenant. Example (Parking for D only), off of my first name. Please let me know if this can be considered

Annoying dog barking

Feedback Problem for Schoolhouse Flats

Someone new has moved in on the first floor, and their dog won’t stop barking. Could you please tell the tenants to control their dog? It keeps waking me early in the morning and keeps me up at night! Thanks

We are working to continuously improve our community and sometimes this requires the assistance of our residents. We will be inspecting all patios, balconies, common areas and amenities sporadically in the future.

Please make sure that your space meets these guidelines.

Items Permitted:

Patio Furniture Live plants/planters (the amount/look is at the discretion of the office)

Items Not Permitted:

Bikes Trash Toys Articles of clothing and towels Grills of any kind An excessive amount of plants/planters No storage of any kind is permitted...

Last Day to Pay Rent!

Dear Residents,

Today is the last day to pay rent without a late fee!

As a reminder, a $100 late fee will be billed on the 3rd of the month for all accounts with a balance due. If you have not done so already please submit your payment online via my.mckinley or bring your payment by the leasing office at Schoolhouse Flats. PARKING AGAIN!!

Feedback Problem for Schoolhouse Flats

I have complained about this before, but nothing has been done: 1. Could you guys please park your vans elsewhere so there can be a space when I get home from work at 10pm!? 2. I inspected many of the cars, and multiple still do not have stickers, as well as new cars appearing each night in the lot! 3. Action must be taken, I don’t appreciate having to park down the street or the lot next door when I get home! I’ve even seen residents parking in the signature lot next door often because of this issue please address IMMEDIATELY!!

Reminder! Rent is Due!

Dear Residents,

This is just a friendly reminder that rent is due on the 1st of the month and considered late on the 3rd. On the 3rd all accounts that have a balance due will be charged a late fee of $100 and an additional late fee of $50 is charged on the 10th of the month.
