The washers and dryers have been in the hallway since Wednesday 6/5. We were not given any notification that they would be removed. Can we please have an update on when they will be back in the laundry room?

Hi, I was lied to by management that someone came out to check my apartment for termites. I asked the pest control guy who said he also handles termites for us and he called his company and they have no log my apartment was ever checked earlier this week like the mckinley management claimed. I found HUNDREDS of termite wings and some bodies in my air vent. This needs to be treated now. I was told the problem would be addressed and today, Friday, someone would come by to begin spot treatment and I would be called with the time frame. No such call. The pest control man arrived and has 0 records...
