There is a separate company responsible for the washer/dryer appliances at Manhattan Flats by the name of CSC Service works and they tend to communicate directly with the person who entered the work order. I did give them a call today to check on the status as I am not on-site and wanted to see if the repairs have been completed. They have requested a technician to be there today and will update me when they are on the way to make sure that the appliances are in working conditions.

The necessary repairs have been made by the third party company so ll of the appliances should be running properly.
