Paid Rent twice

I paid my rent twice because the system is still showing that I owe the month’s rent. My bank account is not showing that you withdraw the money yet and you will probably charge me the late fee, even thou I payed 5 days ago. I’ve been calling all morning to your office, but you guys are still closed. How do I cancel my second payment? I payed with my bank account. Thanks

Rent payment

Feedback Question for Manhattan Flats

How do I look for a confirmation number once I pay the rent through my bank account? Even thou I payed today, will it be processed on time since Sept 1st is on Sunday and Monday is a Holiday and you guys aren’t working?

Hi your payment will process on time when you pay,it gives you a transaction Id and then payment successful message it normally takes a day or two before you see it online at least in my case and depending on your bank same 24 to 48 hrs FYI

Hillsborough County Opens 3 Sandbag Sites

Announcement for Multiple Communities

To help residents prepare for the possibility of flooding associated with the pending storm, Hillsborough County is making sandbags available to the public at three County parks.

Beginning Thursday, Aug. 29, sandbags will be available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily at the following locations:

Edward Medard Conservation Park – 6140 Turkey Creek Road, Plant City E.G. Simmons Conservation Park, 2401 19th Ave. NW, Ruskin Ed Radice Park, 14720 Ed Radice Drive, Tampa

Hillsborough County residents are eligible for a maximum of 10 sandbags per family. Residents must show ID verifying...

That's a great question. The late fee is $100 on the 3rd and $50 on the 10th of each month. I submitted a maintenance request to have my apartment sprayed by pest control over a week ago but it still hasn't been done. I also don't see the submitted service request...

Hello!

Pest control comes to the community every Thursday. There will not be a work order entered but rather we log the requests in the office and give them directly to the technician who completes the treatment. When you have a moment, I would suggest giving a call to (813) 515-5925 so that we can verify that you are on the list for this upcoming Thursday? Thank you!

Why isn't the whole community being sprayed since it is a problem for multiple people it seems... spraying one patio and not all of them is not going to fix anything..

That's a great question! We do need permission to enter and there are residents who do not wish to have these services completed. Therefore, if the service is requested we do offer it and sent out a technician but it has to be at the request of the resident. If any residents are interested in having this service completed feel free to give us a call at (813) 515-5925 or enter a work order online through your account and we can have it scheduled for the upcoming Thursday.

The main door (left one) at the manhattan entrance, it also broken... again... and has been for at least 6 days, which is when someone already commented on here that it wont lock..
