Feedback Praise for Manhattan Flats

My wife and I have lived in Manhattan Flats since October of 2018 and with a few small exceptions, we have been very happy with our apartment and the maintenance staff. When I have had to contact the office the response has always been quick and problems have been resolved after a single call even when the calls have been made after hours. The common area is always clean and besides the fact that they start a little early, the landscaping crew does a .wonderful job.

Dear Resident(s),

As you all may know, today is Veterans Day. In honor of all who have served, we want to say thank you for that you have done and continue to do for our country. One of the best parts about working in the Tampa Bay Area is that we get to work with so many individuals who are in the armed forces. In honor of today, I wanted to send a huge THANK YOU to all of our residents, family members, and friends who have served.

Dumpster

Feedback Problem for Manhattan Flats

Apparently opening the dumpster to actually put full garbage bags INSIDE is a difficult concept to comprehend. I live directly in front of the dumpster and witness people leaving their garbage bags sitting outside the dumpster every single day. It smells horrendous and attracts vermin. Please do something about this!

Despite how the trash may be left it should still be maintained and cleaned each morning. Does it appear to be left unattended for days or is this something happening throughout the day and afternoon?

For the $25/month trash fee we are charged, we should have concierge/valet trash service.

I agree. This is the first place I’ve ever lived where I’ve had to pay $25 for trash without a valet service.

Utilities get more expensive every month

Feedback Question for Manhattan Flats

Hello! I don’t know what’s happening, but I’m living here since July and every month after that, I’ve been paying over $100 on utilities only. I live alone and it’s suppose to be $1099 and with utilities, it’s over $1,213. It’s way to much. Also, I’ve try to contact management for my noisy upstairs neighbors, and nothing has happened. They still bother every day and specially every night. They don’t let me sleep. Thanks

Well if it makes you feel any better, my rent is $200 more than yours for the same apartment....Which they raised when I renewed my lease due to some increase in rent in the Tampa area.

It’s not about the rent, it’s about the utilities that they seem to be higher and higher every month and no one from management has said anything.

Hi Aleksei,

There is a separate company responsible for the washer/dryer appliances at Manhattan Flats by the name of CSC Service works and they tend to communicate directly with the person who entered the work order. I did give them a call today to check on the status as I am not on-site and wanted to see if the repairs have been completed. They have requested a technician to be there today and will update me when they are on the way to make sure that the appliances are in working conditions.

Hello!

The necessary repairs have been made by the third party company so ll of the appliances should be running properly.

I can't even describe how terrible it is to live in this apartment complex. The water coming out of my faucet looks dark yellow and there was absolutely no communication about this issue.
