I wanted to take this opportunity to inform everyone that the city of Tampa has published a map of the BayShore area showing all acceptable street parking during the Gasparilla festivities. I have included the link below and ask that you please make sure all your guests view the map to prevent any parking issues over the weekend. If you have any additional questions or concerns please contact the office at 813-514-6800.

Dear Valued Resident(s),
We wanted to remind you that during the upcoming Gasparilla weekend, our tow company will be towing any vehicles that do not have a parking permit displayed. If you have not already done so, please stop by the Palma Ceia leasing office to obtain one by Friday, January 25 th .
As a reminder, only one permit is allowed per resident, so if we have record of a previous pass, we will not be able to issue an additional one.
We welcome any questions you may have and hope you all have a wonderful and safe weekend!
We have not had doggie bags in over a week. I have called several times and all 6 of the units residents here are upset. Even those without dogs are upset because the rest of the neighbors now leave doggie poop outside expecting to just grab a bag. This issue started in the beginning of October once the 6th unit was rented. Are we now on the back burner since you do not have to worry about renting any of the units out here? No more stuffing bags in the wrong way and leaving 5 bags. Please open the container and refill the container properly.

Good afternoon all!
I just wanted to reach out to everyone in regards to the recent issues with trash pick up. I know it has been a fairly large inconvenience recently with the dumpsters not being empty, however, our efforts to connect with the city of Tampa in getting the issue resolved seem to be paying off! Within the next 24 hours all communities that have not had their garbage collected should have the dumpsters emptied by the city! We have a reliable system for handling issues like this put in place now, so please don't hesitate to reach out in the future if this continues to...

We hope this message finds you well! We wanted to send out a friendly reminder regarding our parking policy. We have noticed an influx of non-residents parking in the designated parking areas. We do require a parking pass to be able to park in the designated parking lot and to also make sure that all residents have space when they come home.
Please read below for some quick tips regarding the policies. Also, please stop by the office to pick up your parking pass if you do not have currently have one. We will resume normal towing policy in the next month and we would like to make...
