As a reminder, a $100 late fee will be billed on the 3rd of the month for all accounts with a balance due. If you have not done so already please submit your payment online via my.mckinley or bring your payment by the leasing office at Schoolhouse Flats. If you are in need of an extension you must request one in writing as soon as possible. Please send your request directly to me via email at email@example.com , I am here to help!
This is just a friendly reminder that rent is due on the 1st of the month and considered late on the 3rd. On the 3rd all accounts that have a balance due will be charged a late fee of $100 and an additional late fee of $50 is charged on the 10th of the month.
