Good afternoon Bayside Villas East!
I am happy to announce that we are installing our new kayak rack today! I am excited for this additional as it appears we have a very water friendly community and an over stock of kayaks and paddle boards :-)
I want to remind everyone that these racks are for kayaks and paddle boards only. I am asking the owner of the paddle boat to have it removed since we can not accommodate storage of that on property.
Thanks so much! Please let me know if you have any questions.

Tomorrow, in honor of the Halloween celebration, our offices will be closing at 3pm. Some of us just need more time to put on make up to look scary.
Please reach out to us prior to 3pm tomorrow if there is anything we can do for you. As always, we will have a maintenance staff member on call, so we will still take care of any maintenance emergencies that you may have.
Have a wonderful Halloween. Be safe and scary. Both are required.

Good afternoon Bayside East,
We have turned on the heater for the pool and even increased the temperature today as well. Please allow a couple days before it reaches set temperature. Colder weather doesn't mean we stop swimming in the Sunshine State!
Also, Mike is pressure washing and cleaning the dock so it is ready for some awesome sunset watching!

I have been with McKinley for a long time now and have had the luxury of managing numerous beautiful properties for them from Orlando, Tampa, and now in Pinellas County! I moved from Orlando over two years ago and am now a Gulfport local. The beach life is definitely for me! I am...

Good afternoon residents of Bayside Villas East,
I feel like I have just got to know many of you, yet it is time to move on.
Starting next week, I will be assuming the role of Community Manager at Seaside Villas, our sister property in Gulfport. This role at Bayside Villas East was my first as a Property Manager and I have learned an immense amount. Moving to Seaside Villas is a fantastic opportunity for me to learn more and evolve into a true McKinley leader.
The Community Manager role here will be filled by Alexandra Boothe. I believe that some of you may already...
