I wanted to send a quick reminder that even though the 3rd falls on Labor Day, rent is due on the 1st or the 2nd of each month and is considered late as of the 3rd. Late fees will be billed on the morning of the 3rd, so please remember to get your rent in by Sunday, September 2nd. Please reach out to the office at 727-498-5170 with any questions. Thanks!

Good afternoon Bayside Villas East! The maintenance staff has reported an increase in the amount of smoking related debris they are finding throughout the property, so I wanted to send out a quick reminder about our No-Smoking Policy.
Please remember that Bayside Villas East has a non-smoking policy. This means that we do not allow smoking anywhere on the property. This includes inside your apartments, pool area, the stairwells, the amenity areas, the parking lot, dock, and breezeways. Please exit the community and smoke off-site.

This morning we identified a leaking water line near the pool. We will be having it repaired Wednesday morning and it may require shutting off the water to the entire building. We don't expect the repair to take long, but please plan to be without water for at least a couple hours on Wednesday morning. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I hope everyone enjoyed their long holiday weekend! As Memorial Day is known for kicking off the summer, we want to be proactive in regards to unwanted Florida guests this season - the bugs. We will be doing a preventative treatment on all apartments during the month of June. We will treat one community each Friday, on a rotating basis, beginning with Bayside Villas. This is the tentative June schedule:
June 1 - Bayside Villas June 8 - Bayside Villas East June 15 - El Mar Apartments June 22 - Sailpointe Apartments

I wanted to make you aware of our holiday office hours. Our offices will be closed this weekend and Monday, May 28th for Memorial Day. We will re-open for normal business hours on Tuesday, May 29th. As always, our emergency maintenance response team will still be available during these days for any maintenance emergencies.

Exciting News - The Bayside Villas Office will be open full time as of tomorrow, May 16th! Office hours will be Monday - Friday, 10-6, at 1824 Shore Drive S, S Pasadena, FL 33707. The office phone # for Bayside, Bayside East and Sailpointe is (727) 498-5170. The El Mar # remains the same but is forwarded to staff at this location. Dear Bayside Villas Residents:
Recently we have had several complaints about dogs not being on a leash, and residents not cleaning up after their pets. Even more concerning is that some unrestrained dogs have bitten and injured other pets. Residents in violation of these policies and laws are subject to fines, animal impoundment, your pet being designated as a Dangerous Dog, and/or being classified as an Irresponsible Pet Owner.
Animals must be restrained on a lease at all times when outside the apartment, according to Florida Leash Laws and the terms of your lease. This...

Good afternoon! I'm Ryan Osburn, your new Community Manager here at McKinley Beach. I'm a married father of two teenage kids and a golden retriever. I'm a native of St. Petersburg and an avid sports, music, and BBQ fan. Away from work, I can usually be found at a local ballpark with my family watching a game. While I am new to the McKinley team, I have over fifteen years of experience managing communities around the Tampa Bay area.

Good Morning Residents,
For today only, 4/18, we will have restricted leasing office hours. We will be open from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and will return to normal business hours of 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Thursday, 4/19. Our after hours line along with emergency maintenance will be available should any emergencies arise. All other inquiries we will address promptly on Thursday morning.
