I wanted to give you an update on the pool heater repairs. The pool company has ordered the parts and are awaiting the delivery. They assured me that we are their number one priority and as soon as they come in, we will be next on the schedule for repairs. I appreciate your patience while we have been actively trying to get this restored for you all.
We were able to repair the kayak launch last week so that is good to go for use. Also, the repairs to the dumpster gate have been completed.

Dear McKinley Beach Residents,
As you may know, the Tampa Bay area is currently under a tropical storm watch due to Hurricane Michael out in the gulf. While we don’t expect to be affected significantly by this storm, we want to be prepared. Based on our waterfront location, we will be taking precautions around the community and ask for your help.
According to the National Weather Service, winds from the south will pick up throughout the day today. This evening, dark clouds will begin to roll in, spreading an increased chance of rain throughout the area. The majority of the...

Dear Bayside Residents,
We are excited to announce a new online rent payment system called PayLease! We believe this system is more reliable, easier to use, and offers more options for you to pay your rent. The new system will be online on Wednesday, September 26, 2018. With this letter, and the accompanying flyers we left on your door earlier today, we hope to provide an easy transition, as well as answer some common questions. Of course, should you have any other questions or concerns, you should contact your Community Office.

Good afternoon Bayside residents! As I'm sure you have noticed over the last couple days, the red tide bloom has arrived in our area.
As a precaution, Florida Department of Health officials recommend the following:
Wear shoes when walking on the sand. This will help prevent puncture wounds from the spines or bones of dead fish. Most people can swim in red tide, but it can cause skin irritation and burning eyes. If your skin is easily irritated, avoid red tide water. If you do swim, thoroughly wash off with fresh water when you get out. Do not swim near dead fish. Symptoms from...
https://www.freshfromflorida.com/Consumer-Resources/Consumer-Rights-and-Responsibilities/Landlord-Tenant-Law-in-Florida So what is McKinley doing to correct the problem with code violations at bay side east? By the intentional violation of state health code both you and McKinley properties are putting the tenants of bayside villas east at risk. Both you as a licensed property manager and McKinley are liable for any damages suffered by the tenants here. This letter is to serve as a letter of intent to file a complaint against both you and McKinley for the intentional violation of Florida...
So we got run out of our pool by sail point people today. They were loud, drunk and rude. Took use of all the loungers and residents personal pool floats. Having people from other properties violates Florida health code as they do not have the access to a rest room and the pool shower is still not working. Where do you think these drunk people are going to pee when they have no restroom as required by law. The entire complex is going to sign on to file a complaint with the court and pay our rent to the court until the health violations are addressed.
