It seems as though this company tries to avoid transparency at all costs. I am done trying to contact anyone beneath an owner, since all efforts are futile. Today marks the 50th day my son has been in Apt# 17, 48 days ago I reported the issue with the Washer/ Dryer to Jon and shortly after that the A/C issue as well as the gap in the wall beside the A/C, My son used the Dishwasher last week for the first time and it does not work correctly. I have been told no new tenants will be moving in until all the problems are fixed, however my son tells me people are moving in. I tried to send a package to my son via UPS it was returned because I had the incorrect address I used Apt.# 17 which is the mailing address we were given, however the actual apartment address for UPS purposes is 117 . Is this still true or has it been changed.
the new lines are too close together. You can't open your car door to get in or out, or to get thing in or out of the car without hitting the car next to you which will cause damage to everyone's car. Now there are no assigned parking spaces. with 20 units and 25 spots there is a good chance that once you rent all the units, that when I come home from work at 7pm I will not have a place to park. Bayside Villas East will be restriping the parking lot tomorrow, July 14th. Please make sure that all vehicles are removed from the parking lot by 8am. Parking is available at Bayside Villas, while improvements are being made to add addtional parking spots. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We are anticipating that the parking lot can reopen by 6pm tomorrow.

Today our offices will be closing at 4:30pm in order to host the Grand Opening at Bayside Villas East! We will back bright and early at 9am tomorrow at the Seaside Office and 1pm at Bayside Villas.
