Hurricane season is here and I wanted to take a moment to remind everyone of the importance of being prepared for anything that comes our way. Here are some tips to help keep you ready and safe during our 2016 Hurricane season.

Please join me in wishing our fearless Maintenance Supervisor, Charlie, a very happy birthday! He has been a part of the McKinley team for almost 4 years. He is a hard working man who even when things get rough, maintains a smile on his face and can still crack a joke. He doesn't say no to any challenge or task that is put in front of him and I know we are very lucky to have him on our team.

It seems as though this company tries to avoid transparency at all costs. I am done trying to contact anyone beneath an owner, since all efforts are futile. Today marks the 50th day my son has been in Apt# 17, 48 days ago I reported the issue with the Washer/ Dryer to Jon and shortly after that the A/C issue as well as the gap in the wall beside the A/C, My son used the Dishwasher last week for the first time and it does not work correctly. I have been told no new tenants will be moving in until all the problems are fixed, however my son tells me people are moving in.
