Hurricane Michael/Tropical Storm Preparation

Announcement for Multiple Communities

Dear McKinley Beach Residents,

As you may know, the Tampa Bay area is currently under a tropical storm watch due to Hurricane Michael out in the gulf. While we don’t expect to be affected significantly by this storm, we want to be prepared. Based on our waterfront location, we will be taking precautions around the community and ask for your help.

According to the National Weather Service, winds from the south will pick up throughout the day today. This evening, dark clouds will begin to roll in, spreading an increased chance of rain throughout the area. The majority of the...

Red Tide has arrived at Bayside

Announcement for Multiple Communities

Good afternoon Bayside residents! As I'm sure you have noticed over the last couple days, the red tide bloom has arrived in our area.

As a precaution, Florida Department of Health officials recommend the following:

Wear shoes when walking on the sand. This will help prevent puncture wounds from the spines or bones of dead fish. Most people can swim in red tide, but it can cause skin irritation and burning eyes. If your skin is easily irritated, avoid red tide water. If you do swim, thoroughly wash off with fresh water when you get out. Do not swim near dead fish. Symptoms from...

Our pool

Feedback Problem for Bayside Villas East

So we got run out of our pool by sail point people today. They were loud, drunk and rude. Took use of all the loungers and residents personal pool floats. Having people from other properties violates Florida health code as they do not have the access to a rest room and the pool shower is still not working. Where do you think these drunk people are going to pee when they have no restroom as required by law. The entire complex is going to sign on to file a complaint with the court and pay our rent to the court until the health violations are addressed.

Poor follow up and maintenance

Feedback Problem for Bayside Villas East

So we have a beautiful Holliday week end and the pool, which has had issues for weeks is still closed. The ongoing problems ignored by management and staff. The pool side shower requires by law is still turned off even weeks after I spoke to the property manager personally. The pool equipment left open and turned off due to the lack of maintenance and repairs. Trash covers the parking lot from the construction next door and cigarette butts. You want our rent on time but ignore your responsiblity to the residents. Path lights are either non functional or flash like strobes at a rave party...

Hi Ryan,
This is really a continuation of a year+ long issues with the pool. Even with a functioning pump, the pool has not been properly maintained for some time. The surface and tile is stained due to lack of cleaning and algae has developed in steps and ladders. Can this please be resolved once and for all? A simple change of pool maintenance vendors should do the trick.
Thank You,
