Bayside Villas and Bayside Villas East currently are without power. This includes the leasing office located at Bayside Villas. DUKE Energy is aware of the outage and have given us an estimated restoration time of 3:30 pm. I wanted to inform you that we had an isolated apartment fire this afteroon. Myself and the fire department checked and inspected the neighboring units, and it was contained to that single apartment. No other units were affected or damaged. No one was injured during this incident. The fire department has left at this point and I already have a team onsite to take first steps towards returning the apartment to its original condition.

I received a Notice of Intent to Renew or Not to Renew that was posted on my door. The letter was addressed to Kathy Hrad and the date listed as the lease expiration was 07/14/2019. It has come to our attention that there was a package of grapes left out in the grassy area this afternoon. Just as a friendly reminder, please don’t leave grapes or any food items in the grassy areas of the property. Grapes are known to be highly toxic to dogs.
